This hotel is very convenient from the point of view of its nearness to railway station. But is situated in a narrow lane. Once you are in, it provides you with all good rooms, bathrooms, etc with dining halls etc. It does have lift and staff would take your luggage to your room. A TV with most prominent channels is available. Good reception hall and cloak room etc. There is one silk saree shop for those who might have missed a chance to buy one.

In Dec'19, stay at Hotel Plaza Inn in Varanasi. It is very close to Varanasi Railway Station. Rooms are very good with all amenities like TV, small refrigerator, tea preparation kit, hot water, etc. Service is very good. In house restaurant and bar are also there.

This hotel is near the railway station. The building is fine but the management of this hotel is interesting. The room phone is horrible. You can't hear a thing. It can be easily fixed. Please don't book it online because they have no interest in what your credit card is charged during the booking even after seeing the email receipt on the basis of which they provide the room. Even their staff suggested never to book this hotel online. Well then, how can one book it from a distant place!! The food was fine.

A decent hotel just a minute walk from the Varanasi Cantt railway station. We booked a non a/c room somewhere on the top floor. The room was dirt less, spacious and comfortable. Excellent room service. We just had trouble with the bathroom lock, which was fixed later. They serve sumptuous mouthwatering food that is reasonable as well. A beautiful property for those, who does not want to stay at the cramped area near the Ghats.

cheaters-offering delux and AC rooms while non AC vacant, dirty AC room, very dirty bathroom, suffocating restaurant. Better to stay on railway platform.In short it is sufficient for future customers otherwise it will not be tolerable if 200 words are covered to comlete the review.

For the first time I visited Varanasi. All the staffs were very cooperative. Food was tasty. Decent rooms. In future if I come to Varanasi again I'll stay here. Thanks trip advisor for this suggestion :-)

Plaza inn is located almost at the door step of Both Cant station and Bus stand. This property has enough space for parking and greeted with spacious lawn. Checkin was convenient even though the staff at reception was not having clue about my reservation. I wasn't informed about the breakfast buffet though it was complimentry, when enquired the female staff at reception answered rudely and told me to liaise with the agency through which I have booked my room; I walked to reception where another staff helped me out. The second glitch was cooling in room, as it was centralised , cooling was so poor. I wonder how come a 3 star property retains the rating with such poor amenities. Room was spacious, bed was cozy, everything else stands OK if not good. Another thing, though I had checked in early without even prior intimation , there was no hesitation unlike many hotels in Varanasi who charge a hefty sum for same.

We booked three rooms from cleartrip. The manager in the hotel Plaza Inn could recognise the booking of only one room and told me that I booked only one room. This took half an hour to settle the issue. At last, they provided us with three rooms. After that, It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very neat and clean with central ac. Although the maintenance of the non ac room was not that good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay in the hotel Plaza Inn, Varanasi.

I had my parents to stay there overnight on their religious visit to Varanasi with a hope of treating them special but the hotel badly let me down. Only advantage was its proximity to Varanasi Junction Railway Station which is just walk-able distance (500 Mtrs), which is just across the road. The room was just okay but the washroom was very bad with unclean tiles and worse was the housekeeping. Regulator for the fan was missing, so without speed control. Cant comment on food as that service was not availed. Travelers who plan to walk down to the Railway Station need to specially watch out for speeding trucks. So have enough time spare with you while planning to walk down to the railway station.

rooms are very airy and large,staff was cooperative, however parking people were very rude, rooms are old but kept really nice, airconditioning requires renovation, located at 2minutes walk from Cantt Railway Station
