We booked a package with Murugan Travels, Madurai to visit Varanai, Gaya and Prayagraj. 21st to 25th December 2021
Our stay was arranged at Hitel Tridev for the 4 nights and 5 days package. The hotel had the best in class facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. The rooms alloted were Executive class and the food was lip smacking. They were easy to approach and went out of the way to make our stay a truly memorable one. The staff at the restaurant were really quick in realizing our needs and made food arrangements accordingly. The staff, Pradeep and Shivam were worth a mention.
For our trip to Prayagraj, food was packed and sent as breakfast, parattas, curry, muffins, fruit juice, sandwiches, curd, apples, bananas. This was at 2:30 a.m.
The GM, and Manager Amit were easily approachable and came over to interact with us in the dining room every night. It was a first of a kind for us. They were open to our suggestions.
The driver who took us on the bumpy roads not affecting us was Abishek. He did a great job too.
Last but the most important was our Local Guide Rahul Dubey, from the minute we came out of the airport to the minute we left the hotel, he was there to answer all the questions and deft in making the necessary arrangements. His punctuality was impeccable and he was an inspiration. He was in the lobby always much earlier than any of us. We had all the time to enjoy our trip as he handled all the issues. He told us all the wonderful things about the places we visited and the stories will live on in our hearts forever. A special thank you for your service Rahul. This trip was the best thing that happened in 2021. I offer a 5 star rating to Rahul.

Hotel Tridev is one of the best hotel in Varanasi, situated nearest to Kaal Bhairo Temple only 0.1 km, Kashi Vishwanath Temple only walking distance 1.5 km and the famous ghat Dashashwamedh ghat. Hotel's embience is good , taking all precautions against Covid -19, staff are wearing mask and gloves . Having procedure of contactless check in, proper sanitization on arrival, luggage sanitization, maintaining social distancing at the reception by sticker on the floor and as well as in the lift also. I recommend this hotel to the tourists who loves to visit Varanasi. Specially thanx to Mr. ravi rai. He is a very helpful person....

Hello I am a Solo Traveller and it’s been pleasure sharing that my recent stay at the Tridev Hotel (next to Bhaironath temple) in Varanasi was an experience par excellence. The receptionist (Mr Veer and others) welcomed me everyday with a warm and friendly smile, and the sales manager (Mr Rajeev Dixit) is an absolute gem as he went above and beyond his limits such as helping me in figuring out travel itinerary, some local excursions, helped me experience pure banaras at 4am, and also made sure that my stay was comfortable and without any glitches. The restaurant staff deserves a special mention for their impeccable service, delicious food, and for going beyond to help me stay healthy during my stay in Tridev Varanasi. Moreover, the driver (Mr Vikas) was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about the local areas which made my travel around the city and to Allahabad (Prayagraj) very convenient. All in all, the dedicated and hospitable services provided by the entire team at Tridev Varanasi made my visit memorable and delightful.

We were 3 ladies who travelled between nov 12-14 Here are our views Pros: Sanitised Rooms Very close to kashi temple n a lane next to Shri bhairavnath temple.
That's it! Do not expect anything else here.
Negatives: Without asking we were upgraded but we're told if there's any booking we might have to shift to another room. We were called in the middle of our day n were asked to shift. This cut short our day that we had planned.
Bathroom fittings are no less than some ammunition,the minute you turn it on,it forces on n every where.
Please be prepared to take bath in cold water. Inspite of telling the reception we never got hot water for all 3 days .
Conclusion: please remember you are paying the hotel for the proximity.Thats it !

Very bad experience, poor service the food orders were taking eternity no prompt service from any staff. There was no air conditioning in any of the rooms and service was very unsatisfactory. I would never recommend this to anyone. Hospitality at its worst.

I'm a person among 12 people who came in a group for a trip to Varansi and stayed at HOTEL TRIDEV for 5 Days. Really it was a very good experience at the hotel stay. The management and restaurant was really maintained in a high manner. Any type of people can visit the hotel, those who need a quality stay and a affordable price. It all managed by a single person Mr. Aditya Giri, The Manager of the Hotel. He was very kind and providing a very good management. The receptionist Ms. Parul Gupta also very kind with all people. The food in the restaurant was perfect with good taste. Among all, they done their part in a best way. Even the rooms were cleaned up daily. The guide sent by the Hotel was really very kind and polite. Mr. Shivam - The Guide was also well known about the areas and the places. The driver of the hotel who took us everywhere is also very polite and well experienced in driving and routes. Just give yourself a tryout definitely while you visit the holy city Varanasi.

Excellent location , great staff and a wonderful restaurant . My favorite is breakfast buffet. I was able to walk to both kalbhairav and viswanath temples .
