Very poor service in room as well as restaurant. For a basic order of tea or coffee they take a lot of time. For a cup of coffee they took 20 to 30 minutes. The staff does not respond and do not listen to its visitors, neither they reply back. The wifi is good, rooms are also spacious but very disappointed from the service and bad hospitality. Being a often traveller, I do not like the hotel and do not recommend others to buy a room in the hotel .

Varanasi is my hometown, but I now reside in Nigeria. After 11 years, I returned to Varanasi, feeling a bit overwhelmed and anxious about the changes and deciding where to stay.
Fortunately, my family was blessed to secure a booking at CASTILLO in Sigra. The hotel has a calm and soothing ambiance, with a staff that is both helpful and efficient, especially the housekeeping team. I must mention Rahul from housekeeping—his exceptional work stood out. As someone with OCD who values tidiness and organization, I was truly impressed by how well the staff maintained my surroundings. God bless him!

Neat and well kept rooms, thanks to Jitendra Soni and team. The staff was mostly courteous except for the restaurant staff who served you with a smile and gave full effort but it was evident that from inside they were irritated. The only flip side because of which I could not give a five star is the breakfast buffet which was not at all Upto the mark given the price they charge for the room.
