It’s an excellent Hotel , conveniently located and decently priced . The amenities , as compared to the price is excellent and the gentry visiting the hotel are from good background .
The restaurant is open 24x7 and the quality of served food and beverages served are of high quality and moderately priced .
The pool is well maintained and the pool side is ideal for hosting small parties . The staff is well behaved , wearing a pleasant smile at all times and the service is quite outstanding .
This place is highly recommendable .

Staff were nice, accommodating but wifi sucked big time. Loved the pool and the gym. Overall good experience. Tooth paste and brushes were not provided in the amenities, had to call to get extra shampoo. Breakfast was nice. Hopefully I will stay at this property once more if I visit again.

A change in plan caused the regular used branded chain hotel in Varanasi to be unavailable hence this hotel was booked for me. Despite having heard horror stories regarding it’s pathetic hygiene levels and disdain for covid protons I nevertheless decided to give it a try to experience it first hand. Huge mistake.
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in over a 25 year career.
Absolutely zero covid protocols. It’s as if they live in the twilight zone where covid hasn’t occurred or they are so far ahead of times that covid has come and is long gone. Not a single staff member wore a mask.
The rooms and the hygiene levels are absolutely pathetic. The attached photos will indicate how filthy the hotel is.
Avoid it at all costs.

Just stopped with my friend for some lunch at Pinnacle Inn and we enjoyed a beautiful mixed veggies, palak paneer and jaggery. Everyone here is joyful and really friendly, and we had a nice chat about the foods.

The overall experience was really good. The host service from Pinki Maurya was pretty nice. We were served an excellent Thai banquet, which was a pleasant experience overall. The maal pua in dessert was delicious and the chicken dish was fulfilling.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Pinnacle gate Varanasi, enjoying excellent service, delicious food, and reliable Wi-Fi. The customer service was top-notch, and we look forward to returning in the future. This hotel is in close proximity to Isipathana and Kashi temple.

1. The room of the hotel is spacious and neat and clean. 2. The front office staff is very polite and well behaved, specially Jyoti Singh ji . 3. The hotel is located at prime location which has good ola/uber services. Overall experience has been great... namely cleanliness, facilities, food at their restaurent (awesome), staff etc.
