Hotel is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Food is very good. Location of hotel is very near to Banaras Railway Station. Inside the room all necessary items are provided like dental kit, soap, shampoo, towels and Napkin. Tea pots and milk, sugar, coffee sataches are provided.

We are not happy with their service. When went for Dinner, As usual we tried to find out what plan we have Buffet or Order from Menu. The waiter went to find out & came back & said Aap ko khans miles, Soup , do subzi,Of which one is Panner subzi, Roti, Dal ,Chawal & Mitha also Salad. So we asked how about starter said will have to pay extra. That’s fine. Then didn’t even brought plates where all other table had already plates were set. For Jain food also had smar attitude. When brought food was ok. Then we requested Jain Salad just Cucumber took 20 minutes that also after couple of reminders. Never brought Dal for dinner. We finished without Dal. When done Dinner we were just checking for Finger Bowl He said no Finger Bowl & we have Basin Wash Hands there. Understood no problem but the minute we got up from Table , the Table next to us had a Family , everybody got Finger Bowl to clean there hands. Now this is Discrimination , Why we were treated different ? all the time he had attitude but this is too much. This was on Sunday 11 th December.2022. When I talked to incharge there he even said that he has Attitude when Women alone there. We were group of five ladies. In todays day women do travel alone & should not be treated like this.
