We had a nice stay there. Comfy rooms ,delicious food, helpful staff specially Arif ji their behavior and way of talking is very polite.😊🙌 There is also parking, banquet Halls and Restaurant here All staff are very well prepared and trained.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The room felt a little sandy compared to Japan, but the staff responded immediately and were very hospitable. It takes about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk to get to the Ganges River, so it takes a little time. However, the staff was very kind and tried to catch a tuk-tuk for us. Sagar Rawat is a little intimidating, but he responded to our requests.

Excellent experience. The first experience on the front desk was great by very courteous and helpful Sagar Rawat . The overall staff is very respectful & helpful willing to cater to guest needs. The location is very easily accessible right near Banaras railway station . The room, toiletries and cleanliness was very good. The overall stay was very pleasant and will return soon.👍👍👍

The hotel is very well maintained . Location is good . Food was good . Room was cleaned daily , bathroom clean, the rooms we stayed had airy windows . We stayed one night in Room No. 212. It was comfort, and the staff was cooperative and helpful.
Dinner quality was good, and captain Amit Kumar's service made it even better.
Front office staff, especially Mr Sagar, need to a bit more welcoming to add that extra warmth to your hospitality.
