Checked in at this hotel on 9th May’24 for Darshana of Mahadev at Benaras. Our cab driver recommended for this hotel and believe me this was our best choice after a rather disappointing experience with a hotel at Ayodhya Dham. The hotel Pearl Courtyard is situated at a very convenient location, a walking distance to the Dashashvamedh Ghat and the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor. 1. The check-in was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. Sweetly dressed girls applied tilak on our foreheads and served us glasses of sherbat. 2 Rooms are sufficiently spacious, nicely furnished with very comfortable king beds and plush mattresses with sparkling white linen to match. All essentials like tea-coffee maker, bottled water etc were available and a bowl of nice chocolates to top. 3. Bathroom and its fittings were very nice and clean and loaded with decent toiletries and sparkling white bath and hand towels. 4. The cherry on the cake was the very sumptuous and delicious breakfast with adequate supply of both Indian and continental dishes and a host of juices, teas and coffee. Mr Kamlesh took special care for our breakfast in the dining hall. All staff at the hotel were very polite, had smiling faces and were very prompt in meeting our needs. 5. Overall the hotel is a good value for money and an experience to cherish.

Very well maintained rooms, lovely stay so close to temple and the main high street of Varanasi, delightful place to crash after a heavy day of darshan and walking and boat riding, you can be fully energised to go arati after arati in a single day staying here. The hotel is located at am ambient distance to not tire you out, yet you can walk to all the main places and yet feel full of energy and concentrate on the divine. Very highly recommended. Food is good but a general advice - eat less while in Kashi, it can make you sluggish for darshans and later you would regret. The food is so tasty you would be tempted to eat:)

The room we had was nice, clean with a balcony. All hotel Staff we encountered from the reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc. were very pleasant & helpful. In Satvik restaurant we enjoyed a couple of meals. Great staff again, especially Kishan and the gentleman who served us dinner & late lunch (sorry did not get his name) The morning breakfast has limited items/options. Otherwise a wonderful stay in Varanasi.

Location of this hotel is good, but there is major construction going on right outside the hotel. Staff over here ll try to charge you extra for everything, so you need to be little cautious. We had booked bigger rooms but were given smaller ones with hardly any amenities and the staff won’t hesitate in giving you 100 excuses. Very poor service , be it room or food. They will always try to charge more for taxis and boats, book on your own once you are in ghat, you ll find many options and we did private boats all the three days and was better and cheaper.
Food - food was stale and was served in more than one hr, after complaining the staff has no courtesy to feel sorry. Second day we ordered in room , Half food was served in 1hr and rest took another half an hour to come.
Amenities- There was no dryer, hair confditioner etc in the hotel, towels were dirty, beds are very small.
Room - There was hardly any space to move around in the room. And apparently the guy with whom I was talking went for a long holiday.This hotel doesn’t look like a 4star given they charge like one, I think it should be rated under 2 or 3 star category. Not value for money at all.
Good part - housekeeping staff is good and helpful. Mandir is accessible by rickshaw and by walk too but because of construction it is too congested.

Totally worst experience in this property i wil never ever recommend this property to anyone food is worst room is worst duty manager is worst in terms of talking and he doesn’t know how to handle the guest query, in total everything is worst. I will highly recommend that please don’t come to this property. As a hotelier i will not be coming in this property again. Their room bell cover is broken their room roofs are puffed because of rain and their are literally lot of improvement that needs to be done. They also force the guest to pay 100% payment of the room in advance when we say something then they say that as a special gesture you can do 50% in advance that is also non refundable. And then we asked for the rooms on the same floor same was also denied and then i booked the rooms with breakfast but at the time of breakfast they said that breakfast is not included. So in short please don’t visit this property.

Besides being very close to the main temple and ghats this hotel has a lot of other plus points. The rooms are decently sized and well maintained with all amenities including 24 hours running hot water and in - room dining. The in-house restaurant Satvik serves a good spread throughout the day. They also have a chaat house by the same name at the entrance. Shalini and Parul, at the travel desk are always available for boat / car hires and give a good deal with reasonable rates. Thank You ladies. They also have their own silk showroom Shri Banarasi where you will get the best silk products at competitive rates. For an additional discount make sure that someone from the hotel takes you there. Another advise I would give is that for best rates, book directly with them. Suvarna & Satyam of Reservations make sure that you get the best deal and are welcomed at the Hotel. Thank You. All in all a great stay. Thank you team Pearl Courtyard.

The hotel offered spacious and well-maintained rooms with clean bathrooms. However, the surrounding area was quite congested, which made for a noisy environment. Additionally, room service was slow during peak hours, which detracted from the overall experience.

Worst experience ever. When you pay 8000/- per night you expect the room to not be opened while you are away and inspire of do not disturb sign have another’s persons luggage and wet underwear to be put in your room. After insisting on room change I got a room in the bathroom there was an open AC waste water pipe draining in the shower area. In Kashi where every moment counts, I was not able to go through my belongings to see if anything missing, the senior staff extremely high handed and definitely need to study hospitality and pleasing the customer. Heading back home with beautiful memories of Kashi but the hotel was an absolute dampener!!!

Excellent location, clean and hygienic atmosphere,nearness to major attractions ,good breakfast and cordial staff are positive points of this hotel. I stayed here with my wife in the 3rd week of November 2023. Firstly I was given a stuffy room without a window which was later changed. Staff is nice but some people need etiquette training as they are raw recruits. Some in-room amenities like shoe shiners, hand towels etc should be provided without request. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay Mukherjee and front office manager Arvind, for helping in changing my room which made our stay enjoyable.

Staff is exemplary and amazing. But issues with room allocation and a/c not working in a windowless room was highly inconvenient.
Special thanks to Suvarna for being always cheerful and helpful, Ishwar and Deepak at front desk and rakesh with his smiling face, prateek for travel suggestions, also kudos to a very well organized breakfast buffet with rakesh and team and overall awesome housekeeping & other staff connect and service. Management just needs to pull up their socks and do proper facilities management and room allocation to guests.
