I stayed in Hotel Arcadia for two days. Although I eventually booked this hotel at the last moment, the stay and experience was exceptional and amazing. The staff starting from security and the reception, specially Rahul and Simran were so cooperative and welcoming that you will always feel homely.
They have so savoury restaurant 'Salt' with delicious food and hygienic arrangement. All the restaurant staff, specially Anand, were so sweet that you will certainly eat beyond your hunger.
Overall, the stay was so pleasant that I am looking forward to beguest here again.

Nice hotel with a great location.
Comfortable and clean rooms, helpful staff - KashiVishwanath, Dashaswamedh ghat, Bati Chokha restaurant and other places are easily accessible from the hotel.
Want to call out Imran for his excellent customer service during my stay there.
What can improve;
- Quality of body wash and shampoo in their washrooms
- setup of level 1 outside the restaurant, it looked neglected

The lobby and restaurant was clean, however we had terrible experiences with the staff and the housekeeping. We left at 9am and came back at 7pm that day and no one had cleaned our room or given fresh toilets. It was really disappointing to see and we were very tired. When we first called, it took them 10 minutes but then when I called again and explained what they did, they immediately kept. During breakfast, we weren’t treated properly either, the tables weren’t cleaned and when I asked them to clean the table so we can sit, they just pointed and said wait. The waitress also told us to go order things yourself don’t ask me. Terrible service and terrible support.

There was current problem in the building . We had to face issues for more than 10 times in a day. And there are few snacks which is in the room and they charge too much for simple snacks . They also took a gst charge for those snacks also.The snacks was 20rs but they charged 35+ 6 rs GST :) Room was good but other things were not upto mark.

Hotel Arcadia in Varanasi is one of the best hotel I’ve ever visited in this city. The staff grooming is so well that right from front desk to restaurants everywhere it’s so smooth. Rooms and linens are clean. A special mention of Sonali for her prompt service at the restaurant.

Hotel Arcadia is an iconic luxury hotel in Varanasi. It is located in the very good location nearest to railway station and bus stand also close to all ghats and temple and 45 minutes from the International Airport. The interiors are a very attractive and wonderful architecture. The hotel is also equipped with painting, furnishings and handpicked artwork. All rooms and suites feature are very attractive All accommodation radiates luxury thanks to all of staff specially front desk.

The hotel is pretty fancy itself with the breakfast and lunch spread and the ambience, but the service and the extra bed quality is very poor. Me and my family went to our room and called room service and asked the staff about 3 times for an extra bed and they said they would give us the bed. Fast forward we come back to the hotel and still no bed. We confront them and after 30 minutes of waiting they finally gave us the bed. When I lied down on it it felt like rocks hitting my back. Overall is this four star quality?No and I wouldn’t recommend this until they fix this
