We had a wonderful stay here! It’s a close enough location to get to the sights quickly but not too close to where it’s busy and crowded. The hotel is comfortable, clean, with shops and restaurants inside. The building itself is a bit older so that comes with some charm.
Harish was so so attentive with us at our room, always offering water and checking in on when we would like cleaning. We saw Kamal at the restaurants every day and had so much fun chatting with him - he also offered such great service!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful, staff are very helpful specially shashi and ashutosh suggest me to go for mangala arti in early morning for Lord shiva worship. I feel very happy and also thanks to mgr sandesh and afzal.

Our large group were met with a refreshing welcoming drink after our long train journey from New Delhi. The rooms were spacious with tea/coffee facilities, in room safe, free bottled water and free wifi. The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were all flavoursome and well presented. Although the pool was on the small side the area was a nice quiet spot to enjoy a drink or snack. There was a choice of bars for an evening drink and the river Ganges is a half hour ride away (depending on traffic). A 10 minute walk from the hotel is a large shopping centre with all western brands and a large choice of dining opportunities. One small downside is the size of the lifts which could be busy at times.

Staff need to be trained how to serve and not to cross the table. All plates and cutlery should be cleared for customers to continue with their dishes. Also they should learned to speak to customers in English. This is a 5* Hotel and customers come from different parts of the world. Absolutely disgusting hotel, and I am amazed that Radisson have put their reputation on the line at this outdated and grubby hotel. When I checked in the room safe did not work, and neither did the TV. I informed reception and was told to go to my room where a member of staff would come and resolve my issues, after 30 minutes still no one had come to my room so I informed reception that I was not happy and wanted to speak to the manager. After meeting the manager I informed that these basic checks should have been carried out before my arrival to which he seemed to agree. The refrigerator was disgusting it showed black mould on the water drain channel at the back of the refrigerator, the shower was showing black mould around the vent above the shower it was disgusting. The hotel clearly needs a refurbishment. The food was average at best, but the staff were attentive even though they were overstretched at times. I only stayed 2 nights but I will nerve stay there again.

Nishant Priyadrashi 1/5 5 minutes ago on Google When I booked a room with Radisson Varanasi, it was my understanding that I will be get a service expected from a hotel of repute, but my experience was far from satisfactory. To start with, at the portico/Gate their was no one scanning the Vehicle/Baggage (Serious Security lapse) nor was anyone at door to check passenger as per covid protocol. The cost of Buffet was Rs 1200 with a very limited menu (Only one Non-Vegetarian item) and a very limited Veg menu and their was no starter to offer as well. Thus making the whole experience distasteful. Further, I requested for a smoking room through email but again I was checked into a non smoking one and when I requested for change in room they blatantly replied that rooms are not available in spite of rooms available online on hotel website. The room in which I was checked in had no marking of sanitization as expected in time of covid(Other hotel follows it strictly everything from door handle to remote are sanitized and put into a sanitized bag/Seal of sanitization). Furthermore, In my room, the side of the bed had a rusted nail protruding out which is dangerous and not expected from a hotel of repute.It may cause serious injuries to guest in sleep. The list can go on e.g. minibar was empty, the refrigerator door facia was broken, linen was dirty etc. If a management takes reviews seriously (Which I Doubt) than their is a lot to be taken care of.
