Hotel's Favourite
The hotel is newly built and furnished very well. Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very well lit, beds comfortable, bed linen clean and the toilets are also clean and nice. The staff were very prompt and polite. They made our stay that much better. They made great recommendations for places to eat for experiencing authentic local food too. They also have an in-house restaurant called Udupi which was very very good. Loved their dosa and their veggie sizzler platter and paneer pakoras stood out. We also booked airport pick-up and drop-off through the hotel and it was a very smooth process and they were super prompt. Our cab arrived on time, and were clean and comfortable. All in all would recommend this hotel for a comfy pleasant stay in Banares.

Dolphin international located in the heart of the varanasi all the staff member and other supporting people are well mannered especially the reception staff. We visited Kashi in the month of August and booked our stay at Dolphin International after speaking with the hotel over the phone.
Ms. Rashi was incredibly polite and assured us that our stay would be memorable. Since it was our first visit to Kashi, we were initially uncertain about how our experience would unfold.
When we arrived late at night, we encountered a few minor issues, mainly due to the city's overcrowding. However, after contacting the General Manager, Ms. Lakshmi, she promptly addressed our concerns. She upgraded our rooms and ensured our stay was comfortable.
Thanks to Lakshmi and Rashi, our first visit to Kashi turned out to be a memorable experience. They went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel arranged for our airport transfer, and Mr. Rajesh managed all the travel-related arrangements efficiently.
The hotel is conveniently located about 1 to 1.5 kilometers from the temple, right on the main road, providing easy access. The rooms were clean, and the entire staff was cooperative and helpful. There is also a good vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, offering a variety of dishes from South Indian to North Indian cuisine, with the staff being particularly accommodating.
Overall, we highly recommend Dolphin International not just for the comfortable stay, but also for the exceptional hospitality and politeness of the staff.

Location is good. Excellent complementary Breakfast. Food is good. Staffs are courteous. Car Parking has ample space covered by CCTV surveillance. Shri Shri Kashi Viswanath Temple is less than two kilometer. Two demirts are - 1. some rooms may have balconies or windows which could be opened; 2. We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days during our recent visit to Varanasi. Though we would have liked to have better facilities considering the amount we paid in the end we felt we had a decent stay with helpful staff guiding us about going around the city..
First let me list out the positives
Vey good hot water system. This is the best I have so far seen in India comparable or even better than the hotels in western countries.
The hotel management also offers a taxi service. It i reasonably priced.
Hotel staff will arrange for guides who can help you around the city. We had a very good experience with the guide provided by them.
There is a vegetarian eatery attached to the hotel. Food is decent .
Rooms are clean though some parts may not be very clean. They said we styayed in the older rooms. Updated rooms are supposed to be good.
Now the negatives
There is practically no view. All windows are sealed.
The property claims to be a 3 star one. But the appearance is of a lower category.
No centralised AC. Window AC provided was working well though.
Toilets definitely need some change though they are manageable, No separation of dry and wet areas.
Other than soap and towells nothing is provided,
Overall considring its location and helpful staff can be considered for a brief stay.
