I chose this hotel because of the rooftop views (as I had seen before in the hotel pictures) but top floor restaurant was closed as they were doing some works. Standard room was the worst I have been in India, not clean at all, very very small, and bad bathroom. They woke me Up early in the morning to ask...

We booked this hotel for the location and rooftop. The situation it's very good but the restaurant and rooftop was closed and nobody told us. They woke us up with a telephone call at 8:30 just to ask if we would like breaksfast, which we have to eat inside the room. The taxi service to the airport was really bad...

We arrived in the evening after being dropped off by the taxi in the middle of the most chaotic place on earth, Varanasi. The checkin process was smooth and staff welcoming and attentive. Lobby area clean and large. The room was clean (which in itself is the most important thing in such a city as Varanasi), but was quite small...

Being a Guest House we weren't sure what to expect especially as the car had to pull up quite a way down the street. What a treat though right down to the walk from the car to the place we would spend the next couple of nights. The street was full of activity and the side street we turned into...

Varanasi aka Banaras aka Kashi gave me the best experience of holiness and devotion. Cherry on the cake was the hotel in which I and my grandmother decided to stay. Perfect location, amazing view (though we did not take the room with Ganga view, we could see the holy river from the corridors and the roof top restaurant) To experience...

Stayed at the Rashmi Guesthouse for four days in May. Booked a deluxe Ganges River view double room with A/C. The desk manager was initially friendly and welcoming. They give you a flower garland greeting and a glass of cold juice which was nice. There is no elevator in this building so be warned, there are lots of stairs to...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and enjoyed every minute we stayed there. The location is fantastic - right on the ghat and overlooking Ganges. From the initial moment we stepped into the hotel and was greeted with a traditional welcome with a garland, to the time we left , the attitude of all the staff was extremely...
