We were there for a night, the team was very hospitable, especially Kundan at the front desk, in addition to the travel manager Rinku, the restaurant manager Vishal, these are few names I remember. Kundan needs special mention for going out of his way to accommodate our needs, because we were super tired when we landed. The physical rooms etc though neat are probably slightly aged . We had to book rooms through makemytrip, and probably thats where the disappointment comes because the services were not reflective of the rates charged, but then again it was Mahakhumbh season, so probably the reason for inflated rates on aggregator websites. We ate all our meals at the restaurant, it was standard north indian fare, nothing to complain or write home about. All in all a decent experience

I really had a great trip to Varanasi staying at Amayaa. Had a deluxe room booked for more than a week which was very hygienic and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was also very helpful and polite, were always ready to help with whatever I needed.
Had 2 meals buffet booked which was very comprehensive with both veg and non veg options, they even have navratri food for people who fast. Restaurant Manager Vikas Gupta and others really served me well and took care of the food during my stay.
Overall I had great experience with Amayaa and it's staff.

This hotel offers warm hospitality and comprehensive amenities, including a pool, ideal for unwinding after exploring. The restaurant impresses with modern decor and a varied menu featuring Ă la carte options, breakfast, and dinner buffets. The Amayaa is not 5 star hotel, I would class it as a 3 star at best.
Bedrooms - we had a suite which cleaned to the best of their abilities. Bathroom needed updating, sink and tub never drained and the water was freezing. Constant complaints from us to get hot water.

We booked 3 rooms for one night in this hotel. The hotel & rooms were clean. During our entire stay the WLAN was not working at all & they could not fix it. Our flight back to Delhi was around 20:00 hrs next day. As my daughter was not feeling well, I requested the management for a late check-out for one room, so that she can take rest in the room till our departure to the airport. They told me for a late check-out for 2 hrs I have to pay half the room price and for 4 hr late check-out the full room price of around 130 Swiss Francs. I find it rather a shameless proposition and poor hotel management.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The restaurant, in particular, had good quality food, service and reasonably priced drinks. The room was quite large with a comfortable bed. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The shower is placed within the bathtub which makes access for older people a challenge. The room also has a safe and refrigerator. The room was quiet even though it faces onto a relatively busy street.
We did find the Wi-Fi not very reliable during our stay and establishing connection could sometimes be a challenge. We never had hot, but only warm water during our entire day. Also, the air conditioning seems to reset during the night to 24°C which is warmer than I would normally like.
This is a good hotel but due to the shortcomings detailed above, I give it four stars.

Room fully equipped and quite spacious. Super efficient laundry service, within hours we received clothes washed and ironed.
In the restaurant you eat well (in the evening a buffet or Ă la carte formula is possible) and on foot you can also reach other very good restaurants. Within walking distance there is also a small shopping centre. The SPA was not active so just for this reason the review is not 5 stars.

What a wonderful hotel full of caring staff and wonderful Rooms. The air conditioning woRks, there is hot water and the beds are great. I was ill but they kept me supplied with toilet paper and water and bananas and brought suitable food up to my room. there is a secure ATM only 200 metres away and an excellent pharmacy as well.

The hotel is really nice in the Mall Cant area of Varanasi. It is within easy access of the old city and holy sites by auto rickshaw. Our room was a suite with excellent ambience and lovely room service for food and laundry. The hotels dining options includes ala carte and buffet menus. We enjoyed the vegetarian offerings in the buffet which included north indian and western offerings with a smattering of Indian Chinese foods. The hot Indian desserts were nice, especially the gulab jamun. Service was excellent and we found Vikas Sing and Jayachand to be very helpful in waiting our table. All in all a very satisfying stay.
