Very poorly maintained, but nice location. Next to Rajpur road, easily reachable from any area. Maintenance is extremely poor, as also the hygiene standards. Food quality is nothing to write home about, best avoided as there are huge number of places in the same price range with much better standards.

Very poor quality staff, in room kettle, glasses, towels, bed-sheets were very dirty. Had to wait 20 minutes for the room service to come and address the issue. And wait another 25 minutes for the clean and hygienic kettle, glasses, towels and bed sheets. Though the food quality is good, however they do not serve eggs and toasts in breakfast, and have a very poor in dining staff.

I am Staying with my Family in City Star Hotel Dehradun, Hotel Service is very Very poor, Staff, not god Behave The breakfast is very less. the bed Sheet is very old. they Charge me Cost for Triple Sharing But The room is quite Small No Internet Wifi connectivity is below average. Search and try any other hotel nearby for your stay, especially when you're on a with Family trip. I cant Recommend this Hotel.
