Hi, stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed the top floor room, three flights, less noise from pool especially the back pool which is great for kids but can get noisy early. Has a great balcony for arvo drinks with cheese and bikkies. No direct pool access but ground floor rooms are straight across from main pool. Balcony on top floor has pool glimpses through the trees. Happy to help with any other questions, Enjoy.

The standard room is probably what you are after. I found the ground floor ones a little noisy with stomping above...but it depends if you want to climb stairs to your room every time you go there. Balcony over the pool is lovely...but the gardens are nice everywhere...so any balcony would probably be fine. The spa is pricier for a massage than the ones around Legian..but only slightly..and the massage was amazing.
Hope that helps
