Great value for money it's near all the clubs so you will hear music at night but it's never kept me awake the hotel is older but still nice enough for $28 aud per night you will get more than you pay for just don't expect to pay next to nothing and get everything we would definately stay again

The hotel was clean, the pool was beautiful and we almost always had it to ourselves, the staff were friendly and the location was second to none. It was table service for breakfast every morning and I highly recommend the jaffles! Would definitely recommend to young travelers who aren't fussed on fancy rooms - all plumbing worked and the pillows...

Nothing like advertised. It's dirty, over priced, feels insecure and generally the staff are rude and inattentive. The location is ok in the middle of the main part of Kuta, but that's about the only good thing. I booked 3 nights, but the first 2 I stayed at a friends hotel so I could get some sleep and the 3rd...

This would have to be the worst place I have EVER stayed at. Was NOTHING like the description. Very dirty. Had to beg for towels, breakfast and even a top sheet. The rooms are disgusting. very unsafe. Didnt feel safe there at all. Dont even contemplate staying there. I could honestly go on and on about how bad it was.

After having spent a great week in Bali with a group one of my friends and I who were staying on decided to book into a more cost efficient hotel for our two final nights. We chose the Troppo Zone based on the great price and the pictures advertised. Big mistake! If my (minimal) time there reinforced to me one...

This is the worst place I have ever stayed and i have stayed in a mud hut in with no running water in Africa. The resort looks nothing like the pictures, It says that the hotel was renovated in 2013, this is the biggest joke i have ever heard this hotel has not been touched since it was built in...

At first, something wrong with toilet flush. Then: -sprayer didn't work -TV got technical problem -no mineral water provided on my first night. Worst service, ever, even if its compare with cheaper room on Poppies Lane 2. The hotel didn't accept cancellation, but that wasn't stated on reservation detail.

We booked this place after looking on trip advisor and seeing the special price discount!... There's a reason for that!! We asked for non smoking rooms, arrived and were put in stinking smokers rooms, asked to move which they did. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms, so we went to the bar area and were hassled to buy drinks despite...
