I have stayed here on several trips! and when I do have a problem I ask for the Manager and it gets attended to and fixed. Its clean friendly and great location you get what you pay for !!!! try getting a hotel in Melbourne for that price!!

We stayed here with our 4 kids for 12 days over the Xmas - New Year break, we had two rooms next to each other. rooms were present, clean and tidy. The hotel itself is in a great location and has all the basic facilities that most people expect such as air cond, big beds, clean and tidy rooms. The...

After 15 years of travel throughout Asia, this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were filthy, the smell in the bathroom was awful, there was a big hole in the bath, the toilet didn't flush, the hot water didn't work, the aircon didn't work, the wifi didn't work, the eftpos machine didn't work, I...

We requested air freshner as our room reeked of smoke, the smell reminded me of my nightclub days in the eighties. We did request another room but gave up after the third day. Having a pool side room I did have to check that I was in Bali not Ibiza, the music was loud and techno, which was a bit...

Have been visiting Bali regularly since 1990, and have always stayed in different hotels, however we have chosen to stay here for our last 4 visits and now feel as though the staff are family and we are just returning to our second home each year. The hotel is old but has the true Balinese atmosphere and the location is...

The worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff weren't any help either and had poor English, the more upmarket hotels always have staff with stronger English speaking skills and this wasn't one of them. Our room, we booked a poolside double room 4 months in advance, ended up being two singles pushed together with double sheets... As...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room was spacious and had a nice balcony facing frangipani filled gardens. Bathroom was fairly clean - could do with a good bleach a scrub, but it wasn't gross. Pool was really nice, felt comfortable to relax there but the pool bar is a bit expensive so we usually waited til happy hour. Overall a...

After arriving with 3 children we were shown to our 'adjoining family room'...2 small rooms with no internal door. When we requested the room we had booked and paid for we were whown to the upgraded 'suite', aka the room we'd booked. We were also charged another $20 per room (2) per night. Both rooms the Airconditoning didn't work and...

Since I stepped in the reception personal welcomed us me and my lovely wife with their warm greeting and big smile. They were so kind to show us the room with a beautiful view to...
