This hotel is nice bit young for me tho as a lot of young drunks come in at night and makes a lot of noise in hallways also few issues with younger people screaming and getting into fights during the day around the pool made me feel very uncomfortable, rooms not very sound proof. I love my breakfasts at hotels...

Great place for young and old to stay while in Kuta. The rooms and all areas of the resort are clean and new. All the staff are so so friendly and can't do enough for you. Location, location location... everything you need is at your doorstep.

The Australians should realize that we are in Indonesia not Australia and show respect to the locals. The music at the pool bar is far too loud.Could be a great...

We had a pool access room that was lovely, the room itself was clean and tidy but nothing special. Breakfast was ok but stopped at 10 am which is early for people on holidays. Right on Poppies 2 great if you want to be in the action. There seems to be a lot more shady people hanging around out front,...

I booked into the grand barong for 4 nights under my friends recommendation. Considering what i was paying i wasn't expecting too much. Absolutely blown away by the level of service and indeed how nice my room was. Easy check in procedure courteous staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. I couldnt ask for more.

Location The hotel is pretty close to everything. Beach walk mall is just few minutes away by foot. Kuta beach is also within minutes of walking. Located around bars but we didnt hear any loud music from our room (we stayed at room 109). We were advice by our driver to not walk alone at night in the alley. Pool...
