We wouldn't normally stay at a hotel in the heart of Kuta due to the noise and hustle and bustle but as we tagged on at the last minute with our rugby club we decided to give it a go. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. We got a two bedroom suite. Which was really a one bedroom with...

The grand Barong was great, I have a wonderful time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was lovely, the pool was amazing and I enjoyed the daily breakfasts. I liked the music playing in the corridors.

The grand Barong was the perfect place for my stay with my girlfriend in Bali second time iv been there now and the service and friendly people where great. This hotel has everything, nice rooms, great service, 2 Pools both with swim up bars. The staff were excellent, great location, everything within walking distance. Exceptional value for money. If you require transport, available from front door. We spent 12 days here and we will come again.

Great room, staff, service, location, sports bar & awesome breaky buffet! I wasnt too keen on the theme buffet nights as there wasnt much selection...........but others enjoyed it! Why stay anywhere else when you have everything in one even a TAB upstairs for a bet & the beach a short walk away.

Wet happy with our stay here. Pool music can at times be so loud you have to tell your order at the swim up bar, but other than that it's great. Very clean, tidy, great staff, very friendly. Nice sports bar out the front too. When I went to settle bill there were a few charges I wasn't sure about,...

Don't stay at this hotel if you want a quiet holiday it is full of young people parting all hours of the day and night. They sit at the swim up bar all day drinking and not once getting out of the pool to go to the toilet there were people having sex in the pool at night and the...

It's ok for a 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice but it does not excel with anything. Be mindful of the people sitting outside the hotel and trying to mug you in the evenings and the dodgy taxi drivers who want to charge you at least twice as much as the real price.
