Let's start with my arrival, we arrived in the early hours of December 13th 2024 and was met with cold refreshing towels, wonderful smiles and 2 free drink welcome vouchers, it was smooth and effortless check-inn which is exactly what you need after such a long journey.

After being shown to our wonderful and traditional Balinese room, we ordered some cold drinks from room service, within a couple of minutes it was there, 2 glasses, 2 Cokes with a glass of Ice, what more could you ask for.

Room cleaning service was everyday which I didn't expect, and they did a wonderful job, we'd go down for breakfast and by the time we got back it was done, the pillows were wonderful and soft and mattress was of really high quality, and the room in generalwas in the authenticBalinesestyle, which we loved.

Speaking of breakfast, it was plentiful with different cuisines from around the globe, everything from Sushi to to fried eggs and French toast to exotic fruits, you won't go hungry at breakfast! And a little tip, try the Latte it is exquisite 👌 they had 3 egg stations, so there was no need for queuing.

The beach was beautifully presented and cleaned everyday, if you require drink service from the beach there are posts with service buttons on for you to request a service, and considering this is a 5 star hotel we found the prices reasonable, I've seen some posts saying that they thought the drinks were to expensive and unjustly giving them a poor rating because of this, I would say to them: if you want a sports car but can't afford to run it, don't but a sports car, you get what I mean.

Plenty of pools to swim in if you don't fancy the beach, and plenty of restaurants to eat in if you don't fancy going out, this resort has wonderful manicured gardens so go and explore them.

All in all, if you want a quiet paradise retreat with everything under one roof, including SPA, Gym and tennis facilities then the people of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & SPA will certainly look after you, even something simple like the Taxi service, everything has been thought of.

Big shout out to Arini and the team for looking after us during our stay, you were all wonderful ❤️

My family recently spent 10 days at this hotel, I travelled with my husband and two teenagers (16 & 14). We traveled for my 50th birthday. We had a deluxe room for 4 which were essentially interconnecting rooms which worked perfectly. The rooms were very well equipped, the housekeeping team did an amazing job and the were suitably comfortable with a small balcony with stunning views of resort and sea.

The hotel is beautiful, stunning. The staff are incredible and can not do enough to help you. Every single member of staff greets you with a smile and is happy to help.

The pool areas are lovely, as in most resorts sunbed availability around the pool can be limited but not in any way that it would affect your holiday. Sunbeds on the beach are plentiful. The beach is clean and the water beautifully calm and clear. No opportunity for snorkelling as it was far too shallow but day trips out I’m sure could cover this.

We had the half board package. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and suited to all nationalities, the food is well presented, fresh and delicious. The evening restaurant choices are sufficient and the special buffet evenings (3 a week) are fabulous, with stunning cultural shows and dances. Your half board allowance enables you to attend these. We didn’t find the cost of drinks to be extortionate as you can find in resorts. No more than a European city price (perhaps a little less), however pricier in terms of cost for Bali outside of resorts I guess.

We used the spa and had massages which were good, the spa lap pool is a lovely quiet area. My children loved using the gym and the games room who h had taken tennis, darts, pool and table football. We were usually the only family there and had it to ourselves in the evening we visited. We played tennis on the lovely courts, although this would be my only gripe on the entire resort that you had to pay for the court and then per racket to use the facility. I do feel that in a 5*resort this possibly should be free of charge considering what you pay to stay here.
However that is a very very small thing and the rest of the hotel and stay was faultless.

It was my birthday whilst we were at the hotel and I arrived back to my room on the day to the most beautiful bouquet of flowers , cake with candle and notes from the management team and the housekeeping team. What a fabulous touch and made my 50th birthday feel very special, that and the restaurant team that evening all singing happy birthday and presenting me with another desert with candles! Thankyou for making it so special!

I would not hesitate to recommend this resort. It really is beautiful with outstanding service and would go back in a heartbeat.

Don’t hesitate, just book it and go enjoy beautiful Bali.

This is the second time my finance and I have visited Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa and we have loved it just as much! The people are just so wonderful and the most helpful you’ll ever meet. Rooms are stunning and housekeeping regularly come round and keep you stocked up with water, towels etc. The pool and beach areas are clean and tidy, and the restaurants serve stunning food. The location is great, just a short walk into Nusa Dua and you can easily access the rest of Bali using a taxi. I really hope we can come back again next year!

Staff great because they are local Balinese, probably being paid peanuts, location on beach nice, however, extremely disappointed in the big hotel atmosphere, supposedly 5 star, yet very dated hotel, no lotion or conditioner in rooms, extremely outrageous prices for meals and drinks, this is NOT Bali. Would definitely not recommend or stay here again. We came with 50 people for a wedding, wanted to rip everyone off at every opportunity, water $6 a bottle, outside hotel 60cents. Laundry $4 for a shirt outside of hotel $3 for a kilo of washing.
Do yourself a favour and stay at a nearby bungalow with pool and breakfast and unique Bolognese experience for less than half the price of a room at this hotel. I am not a Scrooge but when paying the price this hotel charges there is a certain expectation.

Staff were very friendly but …..This hotel does not rate 5 stars in my opinion…….our room was very tired, everything needs updating.
Food no more than adequate, one main course was what you would expect in a workmen’s cafe, White Pitta bread with some overcooked chicken and peppers with cold chips, on our last morning we waited 30 minutes for our breakfast tea order with 3 requests. Gave up and made tea in our room.
A Pal who lives locally came to stay with us for 2 nights bed and breakfast and paid upwards of £300 per night.
Very poor value for money……

What can I say, this hotel is beautiful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated to a truly amazing experience. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, regardless of the time of day. We had two rooms, a deluxe and a family room and both were spotless. The cleaners do an amazing job and will often clean the room twice in one day, replacing towels etc the second time. The hotel itself is spotless and the beach is constantly cleaned daily, ridding it of seaweed/shells etc so that smooth sand remains. Food is brilliant, both at meal times and room service. I cannot fault this hotel. In my opinion it is more than worthy of it's 5 star review and we will definitely be back. Being in Nusa Dua you are South of the island, however this isn't a problem to travel around - you can easily hire a driver for the day and the meet and great back at the hotel not to mention very tight security is excellent. Plenty of restaurants nearby and spa's at very reasonable prices and the hotel does a free shuttle hourly to "Bali Collection" which is a shopping precinct with loads of nice restaurants. On the day of our departure, we were met by Arini the front of office manager who had gifts for us all which was a really nice gesture. I'd also recommend attending one of the hotels traditional ceremonies, as this was a great experience and insight into the Balinese culture.

So this was supposed to be the cherry on top of our 14 night stay.

Expensive, opulent rooms but at $849 AUD a night for the lagoon access palace club room it’s WAY overpriced service is ok but couches stained and dirty it’s old and tired they took me to the first room I refused it the second I was hot and tired I just accepted it and they changed a couch cushion by putting it in the room next door.

Then we moved for the last 2 nights to the standard room and the whole bottom of the shower was still dirty it needs bleaching and cleaning.

The resort is tired, mouldy , old and in desperate need of a really good clean in some places it’s $650 AUD a night I’m sorry I expect better!

We just experienced a wonderful 6 days/nights at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa Resort at Bali. The whole experience was unbelievable. We booked through Luxury Escapes and our inclusions were excellent value for money. The staff were always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Our room attendant, Aldino was always at our service, asking us if we needed anything such as extra bottles of water which he delivered with a smile. Room steward, Pande answered all our queries on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The choice of restaurants was amazing. We ate a range of cuisines that were simply delicious and flavoursome. Our favourite restaurant was the Tamarind. We just kept going back because the menu was so extensive. Facilities were varied and well staffed. Cleanliness was faultless with a wide variety of waiters, cleaners, gardeners and office staff in abundance. We will certainly miss the hospitality and highly recommend this resort and are talking about coming back in the near future.

We have just come back from 3 nights here and onto a 12 night cruise and we had a fantastic time. After reading previous reviews we decided to upgrade to a club palace room and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted with cold towels and a welcome drink and then shown to the beautiful dining area for drinks while our room was finished as we were early. Every member of staff was happy, helpful and really made us feel special. The evening canopies and drinks were especially good and on my husbands birthday they bought out a personalised cake and sang to him aswell as lining up to shake his hand. The room was lovely with a great big comfy bed and extra large bathroom. There was also a welcome bowl of fruit in the room and bottled water replaced every day which we could keep cold in the room fridge. The resort was beautiful and spotless with plenty of sunbeds and pool areas. The onsite restaurants were good too especially when a guitarist was playing outside them, adding to the experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nusa Dua Beach and Spa is such a fantastic place for a group of friends to stay, relax and enjoy life. We stayed between 23/5/24 - 30/5/24 and there were 5 couples (friends) who purchased a luxury escape deal (all inclusive meals and 3-6pm daily drinks). The place is fantastic with many themed nights, different restaurants and a great bar to relax and enjoy friends comp[any having a drink deal. The staff are very good from the reception and concierge, grounds maintenance, housekeeping (daily bed making and replenishment of bathroom products and water), the waiting staff and restaurant staff were always there trying to make your daily experience the best it was. We used the steam room daily and it was great getting into the ice cold plunge pool to start the day. Beautiful and big range of breakfast and great coffee was a highlight of our trip as was the Balinese themed nights with dancers etc. The spa was a bit pricey compared to what is offered outside the resort so we had daily massages at a fantastic place at Bali Collection called Queen Spa its defiantly worth going there. I cant say enough how great our trip was with the fantastic friends that we spent 7 great nights with. We visited Malini restaurant at Uluwatu, would not go to stay at this area as its for all the young ones. Definitely go back to Nusa Dua, away from the Hussle/Bustle and enjoyed life.

You eat in a separate breakfast area with an excellent menu cappuccino to order and fresh smoothies. Also afternoon tea and drinks in the late afternoon. I think the room is better we were on ground floor and could wander quite easily to breakfast. I think if you can do the upgrade

Hi there So for the All Inclusive all the restaurants are included, but for the room service & laundry will be on additional charge. So they have a special menu for the All Inclusive, and if I'm not wrong inclusion starts at 11am until 11pm
