After a bad start in Bali we found Puri Mango The rooms are clean (need a little update/ paint) but comfortable. The rooms are cleaned everyday with friendly helpful staff in a good location. It is near the local night market within an easy walk to the beach.

The strength of this hotel is the staff - who although don't all speak great english are so lovely and friendly. The room vary a lot and I get the impression that they are gradually refurbishing and some rooms have a brand new shower room and some are still old. The decoration really needs updating and repainting as very dirty....

This hotel is locaties in the middle of Sanur, plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull, the room is spacious and has a balcony. However, the bathroom is somewhere worn and not superclean. The toilet didn't flush properly and the fosset wasn't working the way it should either. But then... That could...

Look at the picture, who would have the guts to present such a pillow to his guests?! The bed was dirty, lots of stains and hair...

I had a fine time at the Puri Mango. It's not a five star hotel, but you get what you pay for. The staff was nice and there was plenty of cold water available. WiFi was spotty, but good enough. Location is great for walking around. Shower was awesome. They were able to pick me up from the airport, 250,000...

The second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is central to everything in Sanur. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast a little bland for me and we elected not to eat at the hotel.
