Sativa Sanur is in our opinion very good compared to the prize range! Spacious and clean cottages in Balinese style. Beautiful complex and pool area. No excessive luxury, just perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful like most people on Bali.
The hotel is located away from the most busy street and you won't hear traffic. Still it's only a five minute walk to the beach. Rooms are nice (we got two connecting rooms). There is a pool bar and a restaurant but no one use...More

Don't hold your breath . . . I can't remember a single instance when the pool bar was up and running. I stayed at the Sativa for a few days on each of two separate visits; December 2015 and January 2016. The town of Sanur is not all that spread out, if you rent a bicycle you can easily access most everything.
