It's adequate, but a bit run down, overprice, and so-so facility. the position next to bypass means easy to go everywhere. But with the price we pay, I expected more. No wifi in room, limited tv channel and average breakfast should be better.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during the wet season so it was fairly quiet. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a room towards the front of the hotel so it got a bit noisy in the mornings when the traffic started, but that just meant it was time to get up and enjoy the day....

The Sri Phala is located just off avery busy road at the far end of Sanur Beach. We booked an upstairs room which was quite large but we did get a lot of noise from the road. The bathroom was functional and reasonably clean but needs updating The bedroom looked out over the pool. The room really needs an upgrade...

This was our fourth visit to Bali but our first staying in Ubud. We arrived at the Rama Phala late at night due to a mix up with the taxi which had been booked from the UK. Arriving at night is always difficult as you cannot see the surroundings but after a quick drink and a light snack we retired...

Spent 5 days/4 nights at Rama Phala in Ubud after 10 days in Legian. It was so peaceful, the hotel rooms are so clean, the air conditioners work really well. Food at the restaurant was great, wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews on TA, but I was pleasantly surprised. The lawns and gardens are so clean, a fallen leaf...

Hi me and my wife went for a short trip to Bali and decided to stay in Sri Phala. The hotel price is very reasonable but they definitely need to improve on their facility and their service. Hotel pickup was good and no issues with that. When we arrived, late night , the staff there did take their time to...

I travelled to Rama phala resort in Ubud, after spending 4 days in Nusa Dua. The one thiing that strikes you about this resort is the peace and tranquility in the property. I had travelled with my wife and two kids, and we had a great time there. The rooms are spacious and airy.. the bathroooms are huge and semi...

The staff is very friendly and the pool is really nice. It is about a 15 minute walk into the main city. The breakfast was very good and you get a lot of choices .The bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioner is awesome. Our room #104 had serious plumbing problems and we would have a huge flood every...

Rooms were nice although noise from adjoining rooms was a bit much. Staff were friendly. WiFi only available in Lobby and Restaurant. Breakfast was crap! There were only a couple of choices and there wasn't even water available, only juice. Bit far out from the main street of Ubud but this didn't really bother us. About a 10-15 minute walk...
