I stayed here with my family (12 of us including 3 kids) and Ketut and other staff were accommodating to our needs and patient. Breakfast was included and was nice - enjoyed the room service. On the beach at Sanur -2 bedroom Villa has private pool and great for family. Clean and tidy

Rooms typical Bali shabby, so Bali!!! Staff friendly, stayed a few times before, and will in the future. Nice pool, easy acces to the beach, free sunchairs. Some imagination could be used with the breakfast, after a few weeks it get sort of boreing.

I love the location and the ambience of the resort, very quiet and relaxing. This is an old resort and does have that Bali feels. The chalets are surrounded with nice gardens and have access to the beach are plus points. The breakfast is however limited.

The room was dirty , the bathroom covered in mould. Called manager and showed him and he had it cleaned to his standard which is about a one star level. Staff were disinterested in anything. Ran out of pool towels about mid afternoon.

I spent a week at Laghawa with my friend and 4 kids between us. We had two deluxe rooms. Although not exactly 'deluxe', they were comfortable and clean. The toilet was leaking at one stage but they came right away to fix it. Also the lighting in the bathroom wasn't so good but maybe just required a brighter globe. It...

The grounds of the Laghawa are really great and there is a lovely pool and only a short stroll to the beach. The rooms are certainly dated and some refurbishment would benefit this hotel. That being said the rooms are adequate and its a reasonable price for something close to shops and the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We recently had a family holiday with 3 generations involved, my slightly disabled father, my mum, my elder sister and brother in law, myself and my 2 daughters, aged 3 & 5. The location and access was so good for my Dad, he even managed to get in the main pool the the pool in our Vila with ease which...

I Loved the big garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast could be better but ok for price of room. Access to the beach. Nice position in Sanur. Good cafes along the beach. I will return.
