Detailed Reviews
Beautiful resort, with a terrific view of the valley and the river below. The rates are competitive with other resorts, and the service is extremely personalized. Staff are terrific - from helping with bags to serving breakfast. The room was large and beautiful - a "living room" type area (with couch and television) that was open-air, along with a private pool that was large and terrific. The bedroom of course is air conditioned with a mosquito net provided for backup.
The one thing to keep in mind here is that there is a high likelihood of requiring a fair amount of steps to get to your room. As I said, the staff will help with your bags, but if steps are difficult, this may not be an optimal choice. But overall, a very nice resort with an excellent staff.

This place is a hidden gem; initially we were skeptical as didn't many reviews but definitely worth the decision made.
In ubud this place is definitely a dreamers place as it ticks the boxes from an Ubud hotel and very fairly priced.
We visited over Christmas eve .
All rooms have the private plunge infinity pool facing the forest . The room is so big - and we had a jacuzzi which was via the bathroom but was also outside ( loved the architecture of the place) ,the shower too bn out in the open feel. The room also has a lounge which like indoor outdoor feel lovely.
Good walk around the property as much we didn't walk much .
The highlight was the floating breakfast and unlike other hotels u pay extra here u don't it was extremely special .
Staff really went out of their way too.

Saying that our stay here was incredible is an understatement.
We stayed 10 days here during our honeymoon, and the hospitality we saw from everyone here was really friendly and professional.
The best thing about this hotel is the view you are getting from your room, amd what an incredible view it is. No pictures you will see online will ever do it justice. It was simply breathtaking. The infinity pool as well was really amazing, and relaxing in it while enjoying the view was like nothing else.
The room itself of course was also very clean and comfortable, with everything you need provided in it. There even weren't that much bugs as i thought there would be, considering that we were directly facing the forest.
The breakfast here was also very good and tasty, with different options for you to choose from each day.
Overall, an incredible place to stay and relax.
Thanks to everyone here for making our stay unforgettable.

If you want peace and quiet, this is the hotel for you. The views are outstanding and is so quiet that it feels like you are the only guest. The villa is lovely and the staff are very helpful. The vegan options are limited but they are very accommodating and we had delicious breakfast (the fried rice was so nice). It is very close to the center of Ubud, so mobility is easy. They also offer a shuttle service for a charge. We relaxed by the infinity pool day and night and the jacuzzi was lovely. The villa offers anything you need, the staff never bothers you, they let you enjoy your time but are eager to help when you need. I recommend this hotel 100% and can't wait to return.

One of the best experiences in Bali was to stay at ayuteraa villa. Private pool, jacuzzi and food everything was great about it. We are vegetarians and they even customised the food accordingly. We loved every minute of our stay at this resort

My husband surprised me with a trip to Bali for my 30th we are currently staying here in the royal villa, I am so blown away by this place the view in our room is out of this world & the villa itself has a big pool & hot tub, views from both bedroom & living area, a huge bath also. Not only this but every member of staff is so friendly they go above & beyond & make you feel incredibly special we have barely seen another guest the whole time we have been here it’s made to feel very personal, the staff are a credit to this lovely hotel.
For my birthday they decorated the room so beautifully & made a cake. everyone came & sung happy birthday i couldn’t believe it.
Not one to always leave a review but I just had to.
I 100% recommend to everyone 🤍

The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. Our every request was fulfilled! The location of the resort is stunning and the view from the villa is hard to beat, however the property felt a little dated and would benefit from some modernisation and an alternative to the vast amount of steps to climb should be looked into for the comfort of the guests.

Our stay at the Ayuterra Resort was just WOW!! There are no words to describe how much we fell in love with the resort. The view is out of this world and the pool and rooms are incredible. We initially booked the Royal villa which was great and we thought our stay couldn't get any better. But after a few days we were upgraded to the Ayuterra 2-bedroom Penthouse Villa which was even more breathtaking. If I ever come back to Ubud, I will definitely be staying in the Ayuterra Resort again. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We also arranged the motorcycle rentals through the resort which was a very smooth process.

Awesome resort in Ubud! We took the jungle view and private pool. Awesome location right near Ubud Market. Excellent Comfort, and the jacuzzi was relaxing. Overall close to luxury experience
Special shout out to the staff - They were soo friendly, always greeted us whenever we came at reception. One of the names is Puta, another was Ayu (if I am not mistaken). They made us feel welcome always. Even prepared the breakfast boxes for us while we were going to Mt Batur.

A very beautiful resort with beautiful lush greenery, good service and excellent food. An incident to take note cos something tragic happened to this resort recently in September 2023. 5 employees were tragically killed when the lift cable snapped. This resort might have a safety issue. Do take extra precaution.
