This place is not on the main streets but only about a 15 minute walk to town. Nearby delicious Warungs, Yoga Studios, Convenient stores, and fresh fruit. I stayed here as a solo female traveler and would HIGHLY recommend it. It is beautiful with mosquito nets over the bed, a large stone bathtub and shower, and a great sitting area.... More

Owned by a beautiful family, kind and honest. Positioned not in the main streets (which we preferred) but just a 10/15min walk from all the attractions. We suggest to rent the scooter they have available for a very cheap price (full day/60.000 rupia) and you can reach lots of places around Ubud. Considering the many super positive things the only... On arrival we discovered Praety was undergoing construction works. Luckily they have a second property Praety 2 within 5 minutes walk. Was showed a room there as alternative. Decided to stay at Praety 2. The room was nice and good value for money. Well located in Ubud. 2 minutes by scooter to the centre or 10 minutes by walk. Breakfast... More

First of all, you need to walk along a small footpath for about 100m in order to get to the property. However, once you arrive at the property, you would find that it's nice and cosy. The room is clean but remember to bring your insect repellent along with you as you would need it. There is no airconditioning but... More

I spent 3 nights here, it's off the main street down a small alley, no traffic noise at all maybe just a few roosters in the morning.. Such a friendly family that run the place always happy to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfy bed, mosquito net, and fan..bathroom, basic but it has what you need, you... More

The homestay is beautiful and well kept. The surroundings are green and nice and the owners are really polilte and helpful. I booked my trip to gili t and mt batur from here itself. The breakfast is lavish and if you are like me with a small appetite you wont be able to finish it one go. I saved it... More

I stayed for about 8 days at both their properties (praety 1 & 2). For me the breakfast alone was a reason good enough to stay here. The same gorgeous breakfast in one of those touristy cafe's will cost you twice or thrice. So, it being included as part of your stay makes the place super value. Now, book well... More

I stayed here with my sister and my brother in law. We had two rooms on the second floor of Praety 2 (some sort of extension of Praety few meters down the street). I don't know how good the rooms are at Praety "1" but the Praety 2 looks like they have just built. Rooms are new and clean. Towels... More

The host and her family were oh so nice and very very helpful when it came to organising travel and activities in and around Ubud. Her kids were super cute and the breakfast is going to be hard to beat on the rest of our 6month trip. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. A definite recommend!!!
