Perfect if you're looking a value for money option and stay in the heart of Ubud in a quiet and tranquil setting. The interior garden is very lush and nice, whist the rooms are ordinary but very clean - with some improvements visible such as cracks in the roof etc etc. However very good option if you're a young couple...

We stayed in a ground level room, which was nothing special, but still okay. The room costs 30 euros a night but in our opinion, is not much better than 15/20 euro rooms. Although the staff was helpfull, their English was not sufficient at all. But what makes us rating this hotel as poor, is that we had to stay...

Perfect location right by monkey forest, lots of restaurants which are all very reasonable prices. The hotel is small and quite which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of tours. Rooms are adequate, had some mould on ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom is spacious and clean although we had to ask for the drains to be cleaned...

The staff worked well with us to ensure our kids, while accommodated in a room next to us, could not escape except by coming through our room which was a re-assuring thing for us as this was a lovely hotel with a pool to cool off in & close to Monkey Forrest. Kids need to be able to swim or...

We stayed 1 night in a standard room on the upper floor. I think upper rooms are nicer as they seem to have more light. The room was ok, nothing special but it was clean. No soap/shampoo in the bathroom. There was a nice balcony overlooking their lovely tropical garden. The pool is small but very nice, with tastefully decorated...

I must confess that the earlier reviews declaring that the banana pancakes was really good helped in my final decision to book Bumi Muwa. After all, there are plenty of other choices around Monkey Forest Road/Jalan Raya Ubud. For a 2 nights stay, I was quite satisfied (and not just with the pancakes!) Rooms are comfortable and staff were helpful....

This a great little hotel just off monkey forest road, on the right at the top of the hill after leaving gate 2 of the monkey forest. The sign can be hard to see but points down the tiniest of lanes that opens into a beautiful garden. The rooms are clean and tidy and the pool is well maintained. A...

Nice quiet garden, nice pool Clean room (with kettle but no tea not coffee) Helpful staff - tours are sold there and we even got the receptionist as driver for a full day trip around Bali Delicious breakfast! The place is a little tricky to find: the entrance is a tiny corridor between two shops on the Monkey Forest Road

Great location, a beautiful smaller hotel with amazing gardens. The pool was a little warm but I found that across bali so not there fault. My air-conditioning broke my third night but the staff were on to it and had a technician come and fix it. Breakfast was the best I had in bali, those banana pancakes are so good!...
