This place is very relaxing and set amongst rice fields and gardens. Just out of central ubud which is a bonus as it can get very busy and noisy. Good places to eat near by. Clean and friendly service.

I took a group of 16 students here to stay and they really had nothing but great things to say about the accom. The food was excellent and the rooms well presented. The outdoor bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back next year. Wifi wasn't reliable at all and was really difficult to even get emails...

I don't understand how this hotel is so highly rated. $100 a night is too much. If you can get a room for $50 or less, then it's good value. The grounds are beautiful. There's no denying that. However, the rooms need some work. In my room, it's obvious they've recently installed new shower heads. But they put them incredibly...

I didn't stay at one of the cottages, but I spent most of my days here for a yoga retreat. It's a beautiful location among the rice fields. A perfect view for anyone. I would recommend checking this site out and it would be perfect for any kind of retreat.

I stayed at Ananda Cottages 2 years in a row for a retreat. It is a great retreat location as the grounds are large and it's located about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. They have a breakfast and lunch buffet that was decent and had a good selection of local and Western food. Their wi-fi isn't great,...

This is a great hotel situated in the midst of the rice fields with a large garden in which the cottages are located. You need not to be a nature lover to enjoy the beautifull trees and flowers of this garden. There are 3 pools giving you the privacy you want, nicely located in the fields. The villages all have...

My second stay at Ananda. Their wifi has improved. They have installed television sets, not that they are needed. The staff is very attentive and make your stay very comfortable. I love the fact that this is a Balinese stay not a western one. If you really want to get in the mood and connect with the culture, I highly...

I absolutely fell in love with the villa we stayed at. We had our own infinity pool overlooking the rice fields! It was so breathtaking and peaceful. The staff helped accommodate us and we were pleased with their service. I would definitely return here to stay.
