Me and my boyfriend stayed in the dorm here for about 4 days and we both loved it, the dorm room beds were super comfy and the shower had hot water which felt amazing. Also the guy who ran the hostel helped us with tourist info and organised for us to climb mount Batur for the sunrise trek and also... More

Basic rooms with double or twin beds, AC or fan, hot water or none, good breakfast, very quick walk to Yoga Barn. Construction is finished so no dirt/noise as mentioned in previous posts. Minimal noise from motorbikes, dog barking. No roosters. No pool so cheaper than many places. Excellent owner and staff that will help you with whatever you need.... More

We just walked in to the Delta Inn after arrived from Padang Bai. It is nearby main road and you need to walk into small alley with dirt surface (Since there is construction in front) Location wise, it is nearby to Coco Market and Perama Bus Station. Delta Inn surrounding was quiet and they had garden along the way to... More

The only advantage this place has that it has a decent locations and is almost on the main street, while still being quiet inside. Having said that, the accommodation is less than impressive. Firstly, the property is under construction so be ready to hear hammers hammering all day long. Since it is under construction, the room will always be dirty... More

I found thus acommodation by chance just when I arrived at Perama station (yep, it's right next to Perama). The entrance was rather unpromising - 80cm wide alley with dirt surface, be careful eith your roller - but the hotel setting was pleasant: quiet, lush green, natural stone pathways - classic Bali style - which continued to the room. They... More

We arrived in Ubud on recommendation from seasoned family travelers. We didn't have accom booked and were approached on street from a man offering a place for cheap. It was through a construction site which wasn't a problem then down the back of a kind of lane. He showed us a few rooms and let us choose. So we chose... More

I heard about this place when a man approached me on the street offering a cheap hotel- you know the sort. I have since learned that if a Balinese person has one thing to sell, they also have plenty more afterwards! I was led through a small worksite to the guesthouses and shown a couple of the rooms and agreed... More

Very cheap rooms for people on a budget with a good location and a large room. Breakfast is brought to your balcony on a morning by 'ibu' either banana pancakes or omellte and tea or coffee with a fruit salad. A very welcoming friendly family who will do anything to help you enjoy your stay. A traditional homestay hidden away... More
