Good deal for the price that I paid and worth the money for solo traveler. Huge room with huge bathroom. The owner is very nice and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom definitely can be improved by having hot water.

The room was basic but clean at least. The bathroom is just a wet room and the hot water is temperamental. Also no hot water from the sink. There was a kettle and fridge which was useful and complimentary tea/coffee. But I found ants in the sugar pot! The location is ok, about 10/15 mins from the centre of Ubud....

we are 2 ladies and had initially booked for 2 nights, but decided to leave immediately upon reaching. guesthouse and room are both old while the room looks generally clean enough, linens and towels are yellowish, and we saw strands of hair rolled up with the towel. coupled with a (too) quiet environment, we just couldn't help but feel uncomfortable....

We stayed here for 2 nights. The owner is very accommodating. He offered to carry our bags to the second floor. The location is nice and peaceful. There is a local warung just beside the property. Our room was big and clean. The provide free breakfast which was filling.

A spacious and clean room in a family house (maybe we got the master room because it has balcony looking on the main road). The only short fall is hot shower only last for about 1minute and you off the tap before getting warm water up again, but we can manage that. Surrounding was great and awesome ambience. You can...

I could not have had a better stay at Grey House. I booked for three nights but ended up staying two weeks. The staff, location, and quality of the rooms are the best I've seen for this rate in Ubud. It's like a homestay with a boutique hotel feel. The rooms are gorgeously decorated, with a balcony looking out onto...

We spend five nights there. The room was big, sofa and desk inside, with a private balcony. Everything is clean. The outside of the guesthouse is beautiful, with statues and a family temple. Our hosts was lovely. The breakfast is good (eggs, toasts, fruits , , coffee and bottle of water). Two bad points, we didn't always have hot water...

This place is very nice but please be warned that they do not honour bookings at all. We had a confirmed reservation which we held for two months prior. We went to the place the day before and they explained that the reservation had now been given to another person through agoda. Their reservation systems are a mess and you...
