I went to the Ubud Sari Health Resort for spa services. I had read great reviews about their regular spa services, and that they also specialized in colonic cleanses. I arranged for a colonic cleanse and a package with a massage, body mask and rose petal bath. I was very impressed with the extensive property and the professionalism of all...

Ubud Sari has been doing what it does very, very well for 20 years. It is a serene place to stay, with very professional Balinese staff who care about their guests. I did the six day juice detox package which included sunrise walks in the rice paddies, yoga and meditation. Massages everyday of a different kind, body scrubs, flower petal...

Its just a stones throw away from the Saraswati Temple. The location is perfect and so is the ambience of the resort. Its peaceful and surrounded by trees. Keep the door of your room locked or else there will be a lot of mosquitoes. The pool is really relaxing with warm water. The rooms we took weren't very large but...

Dropped into the restaurant, and in the 8 months since I have last been there seems to have been an expansion/makeover and much more commercial. I don't like my waiter at lunch trying to 'up sell' me a tourist trip while I am still here. Yes the food is still good and nice selection, but the ambience has gone. Had...

I have stayed here over 10 times over the years and it has pretty much stayed the same; that can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing. Staff were impeccably polite and helpful as always, I love the staff. I love Agus. His smile is the best smile in Bali. Katut could be more friendly,...

This 3.5 hour spa package was fabulous for an unbelievable price! Upon arrival was given a sarong and disposable underwear to wear throughout the various treatments. Started with a foot bath, and then lead to a secluded serene area for a wonderful massage, followed by a body masque and battlenut leaf bath while sipping ginger tea. Then on to a...

The resort is beautiful, well priced and service is great. Not only did everyone (and I mean everyone!) Know me by name but they're go above and beyond to look after you. When one of my group members wasn't able to make the trip they graciously offered us a full refund though they weren't entitled to a charge. The resort...

After reading some previous reviews I didn't sleep for three nights prior to the trip with worry of seeing a snake or something. I'm so disappointed I clouded my mind with that because this place is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I was relaxed. The Airport pick up was easy and the location is brilliant. We didn't...

I stayed here for three nights, planned to stay six. There is some kind of music school next door, where kids are "practising"/playing loudly on the instruments day and late evening.. Just terrible. Not at all relaxing! Also it's a huge place with 42 rooms and it feels a bit like an industry, not personal at all.. On the positive...
