I spent a night in Serena Hotel on March 31st, 2017. I stayed in the deluxe room. At first, I thought the hotel's services would be really bad after all the bad reviews I read on the internet. But it's not that bad actually.
Bandung weather is cold and you will expect a hot water for your bath. And no you don't have it. Again, the bathroom problem, it smells worst. The toilet seat also not clean. Inside the bedcover feel like small grain or sand left.
The rooms didn't feel clean and i found 3 dark hairs in my bed. My pillow looked like it had been dragged around the floor and my towel was grey, these may have been clean but they didn't look it and I wasn't chancing it!...More
Hotel quite close to train station. Very useful as you need to wake up early morning for train trip. Just small step to train station. But sometimes many young guys annoying onother guys. Just loud talking and walking in the misdle of the night
Old fashioned hotel, remote tv isn't working properly, hot water is not hot at all, but the price are make sense for all of this. The only good thing is this hotel are cheap. That's it. Need more improvements guys.
