My girlfriend and I loved this place. It was clean, the staff (Johnny especially!) were extremely nice, and it was overall just a fun place to be. The downstairs area had big tables to sit, read, and do work at and they also had a bookshop that was super convenient for our long train ride the next day. Free breakfast...

This hostel located between the station and the bussie street of Braga is basic in all his means. The room we had has a private bathroom and a double bed. The room was small but fine. The bathroom has everything you need, but not clean. There is no AC but the fan was enough for us. Downstairs is a nice...

The room was not clean and the bathroom even dirtier. The staff did not empty the trash bin. The bed was uncomfortable and matras not good. Breakfast medium. Even for the low price you can expect more.

People are very friendly, really took time to have a sit and show us the map and activities. WiFi and huge collection of books in common area. Room however was very small, no door in bathroom, hot water most of the time didn't work and place was dirty and smelly. Window was broken. Good location, free breakfast.

The hot water works fine, you just have to run the tap first for a minute or two then it gets hot... The rooms, all of them, get cleaned EVERY DAY and I check 'em and they certainly are not smelly!!! How things have changed... Normally I only reply like above on comments but tonight I'm feeling reflective... Back in...

We stayed in this Hostel for 2 nights. On booking.com was the one choice to book a room for three people. So we Reserven this one. When we arrived, the said this was not the only free room, so we got another cheaper room. The room was tiny and very dirty and the bathroom smelled very discusting. There were hairs on...

How to even respond to this ludicrous review.... Here's what REALLY happened.... In the night you came down complaining about poo in the toilet, so Reno, one of our staff comes up and tries to find poo. He was quiet surprised because he was the one that cleaned that room and toilet that day and can't find any poo but...

Stayed for three Nights, Rooms really small, ok clean. Really anoying the smell of the toilets in the whole house, and cigarette smoke for breakfast, cause they smoke in the Lobby the whole Time. Breakfast ok, we pimped it with our own Cheese. People Are very helpful and WiFi works good.

I had stayed a ghastly night in the nearby Hotel Arridi, and next morning just asked a becak driver to take me somewhere better and he did. Close to the station for the early morning train, close to a traditional market. Good selection of books to swap. Nice breakfast.

Got to this guest house in the early morning hours after arriving via train from another city. As it was still dark outside and there is no lit signage, finding this place wasn't easy. Once finding my way through the front entrance, much like the front of the building there were no lights on inside, I felt like a criminal...

Although they had really friendly staff, I won't be returning here. The room was dirty, the curtains were dirty, I slept in my sleeping bag because the mattress & pillow were smelly and I was only given a blanket. Breakfast was OK, but the tour I booked was disappointing. Our guide left us in the middle of our two-daytrip (cartrouble)....

I don't really understand your review and the reason why you would write what you wrote. Our rooms are simple, standard rooms, all the mattresses, pillows, blankets, sheets and pillow covers are all new and clean, we clean every room meticulously every time a guest checks out, sheets, blankets etc. go straight into the washing machine after use and we...
