great stay, as usual! Only 100 meters away from the recently renovated train station exit. Free tea/coffee/water and wifi too, breakfast choice of local both western. Excursions & guided tours available, they can assist on transportation as well.

This hotel, if correctly priced could be considered ok but the cheapest double room is 150,000rp and it certainly isn't worth that. At most i would pay would be 50,000 for the cheapest room. The facilities are pretty bad with the common bathroom and shower a but dingy and not well looked after. The more expensive rooms out the back...

There were different types of rooms and it seems that only the most expensive ones were nice (300,000 Rp.) The state of the rest was horrible. That there were no toilet flush and only warm water, but we expected so much and we can live with that (two backpackers). But the worst was that there was no mosquito net and...

This place have amazing garden. Rooms are clean, with big bed. There are different kinds of rooms-with Ac, with Fan, with warm water....Prices are reasonable, and staff was nice. In chaotic Bogor this place is like small paradise.

The place is close to the train station. That's one of its assets. It’s far too expensive for what it is, and you get nailed with 10% tax on checkout. The advertised breakfast for 35,000 is a joke, so stick to what’s on the regular menu. There was no toilet paper. We were advised to buy some in the supermarket,...

Abu pension gives you a big room with, twinbed, tv, fan, bathroom with cold shower and Western toilet. Also you have a little terrace. We didn't like the neighbourhood, lots of warung, motorbikes (parking), sellsmen. They're are no restaurants in the earia. So you need to go far away to get something to eat. Maybe it was because of the rain,...

Doesn't accept credit cards. I paid 300,000 rupiah for a deluxe room. Has large, clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, quiet rooms which are a hair overpriced. Good, cheap cafe on-site--offers unlimited free, ice-cold purified water. No close, convenient internet cafe. Excellent hot-water showers in spacious bathrooms. Right next to the train station (which has an Indomaret and a Dunkin' Donuts). The town...

Selfi is the owner of this place. She welcoms you very warm, but then... You are a little tired and overwhelmed and she keeps on talking about herself and her TOURS. The tours are overpriced, but there is nothing in the neighberhood who's offering cheaper tours. The guesthouse is good, but also pricey. We stayed here three nights and the...

On our journey over Java and Bali we visited Bogor to experience the former 'Buitenzorg', which was home to the old Dutch, working in Jakarta. Unfortunately little is left of the old days. Bogor is exceptionally crowded, poluted and dirty. To be honest, even worse than Jakarta's ambassy district. We visited in August, which means the Kebun Raya (botanical gardens...
