Staffs are kind although seem never take tourism/hotel education..
Dont expect to much with food and beverages, just cross the street take breakfast/lunch/dinner in Melati Restaurant...More

Bad air conditioning
Faulty smell in the room
Dirty and dusty room and wash room
Bad air ventilation
