Again I have visited Tasik Ria, it never fails to offer excellent service. Everyone is so welcoming, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Everything about this place, the food, the diving, the local market in Tanawangko, the trips and excurtions that you can take from the hotel, the pool, the Jetty bar, everything is outstanding.

From the minute we left the airport Dan, the manager, was ready to help us (sorting out lost luggage). This resort is very well managed and very friendly. Staff were all excellent and good at remembering our room number and what we liked to eat or drink. All staff, even the gardeners were helpful and friendly. Meals were all buffet...

The trip from the airport to the resort it one of their smaller mini busses was not the most pleasant, it lacked air con and air flow. The driver was nice and I recommend to anyone to ask the driver to stop off at the supermarket to stock up on snacks etc. Upon arriving at the resort we thought it...

After an awful lot of hours travelling from London we arrived at the Tasik Ria to be met by the lovely reception staff at Tasik Ria, what makes this resort good is the staff as the hotel is a little old, although the rooms are lovely, and the gardens and ponds are beautiful. The Spa was good value. The restaurant...

First time in Indonesia and what an experience! Resort Lovely friendly welcome from Dan and his team, which continued throughout our stay. The resort itself is well laid out with pool view accommodation and sea view bungalows. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the seaview bungalows which was extremely nice, spacious and nicely decorated. Meals were both...

Really nice place for a diving vacation. The dive staff is excellent. We did three dives a day, usually two that were wall dives at Bunaken National Park in the morning, and an afternoon dive at a "house reef" closer to the resort. (Or a muck dive looking for tiny critters -- not a reef.) Unlike other dive resorts where...

When we arrived, we met Dan, the resort manager. In his understatedly British way, he said that Tasik Ria is quirky. If you like quirky, you'll love it here. We like quirky. The rooms were clean and COLD! A great combo. And, we had our young son with us, so the separated room setup allowed him a place to sleep...

We first visited the resort in 2010 and were really impressed with their services. Reason why we went back this year and they did not disappoint. Consistently good, friendly and attentive service makes this one excellent dive destination. Resort facilities are lovely, nice pool area, spa with great massage options and excellent food. Meals are now mostly served in the...

The best thing at the hotel was the service. The seaview room that we stayed in was very spacious and had an outdoor shower. We liked it but you could see that it was prepared in a rush as there were no mirrors or safety box, actually, we were told we were the first guests to stay there. On the...
