Booked a deluxe room but managed to get a free upgrade to an executive room which is quite spacious. However low wifi signal inside the room. the hotel serve halal food for breakfast, although choice is limited. not much of things to do around the hotel unless you take a taxi

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. The interior decor was dated however it is quite spacious. Need to improve on the cleanliness of the bathroom. There is very little space for parking car. Also the food quality for the hotel breakfast need to be better. Service was excellent though, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is also in close proximity to everything one could possibly need on a business trip. I am disappointed with the coffee that is served in most places because we are in the land of some of the most wonderful coffee in the world and the coffee that is served is always mediocre and sometimes horrible. (In these nice hotels.)...

Just stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a split days because we took a 2 days 1 night tour to Lake Toba, Siposoposo Water Fall and Brastagi scenery view. As usual my humble review of the hotels in accordance with the hotel rate. 1. I had 2 different rooms with split aircon. The split aircon was very poor...

Comfiest Bed Ever!!!! Super high quality bedding and really comfy pillows and bed!!! Glorious hot shower!! Tasty eats in the restaurant but super over priced considering the cost of local eats (which are way higher in quality and taste) We stayed here twice - once in the executive suite - super swanky and gorgeous - with lovely lounging chairs and...

Complaints did not fix the internet in my room and they blamed it on my devices, the same devices that I'm now using to write this review in the lobby! The roads outside are not safe for pedestrians even though the hotel in center of town. Breakfast is ok.

I have booked this via expedia and are unable to add another person into the same room (travelling with 2 others). Hence I assumed that their rooms must have been really tiny. But I was amaze when I entered the room, it was really spacious and clean. And for the money that we paid, it's worth it. As we arrived...

The location indicated on most booking agencies is wrong. Go to Google map and u will find that its very far from train station and amenities. Only a small supermarket opposite the hotel. No food, nothing... The hotel has small facade, most room has no windows and even there are, the windows are facing inside the corridor. For a bit...

Location in the city. Railway station is closed by bentor or taxi. Rooms are good and clean, although looks like not too modern but spacious and comfort. Breakfast is good buffet with many alternative Indonesian and American Breakfast.
