I stayed there one night at the end of my trip in Sumatra and it had all comfort and luxury I was expecting. Room was big, bed linen was clean and soft, smelling good. Great shower! Tv & Internet working very well. My plan was just to spend the afternoon + night in bed and it was just perfect. Not...

Room is small, basic and old but luckily they have strong wifi connection. Good service but the road outside the hotel are flooded during raining. Bad traffic. The biggest fear is their security is bad. Locals advised not to go out at night. Friendly customer service. Food is normal

Large modern room with with good aircon, good hot water, and enclosed shower, all at a good price. The breakfast buffet was not large, but had adequate Indonesian and Western choices. Not much for juice - more like sugar water. The problem we had was Do Not Disturb, Make Up Room. They use a switch and lighted sign system, common...

It's a rather old hotel. I stayed at the Executive Room and I strongly advise you, folks, to go for the Ex.Room as their superior and deluxe rooms are so-so. Spotted ants in my room. The hotel is generally clean. The shower pressure is good. Breakfast was rather poor and had basically Indonesian food. The staff are very nice and...

I was here in September 2015. I stayed for a night. The room was so basic, not spacious, but it was clean and tidy. I chose this hotel because it is located in the middle of Medan and not far from the railway station for me to get the ARS (Airport Railink Service) to take me to the Kualanamo International...

I don't know if i'm expecting too much, or is it the management of this hotel don't do too well. The facts are: 1. I was booked two rooms for three nights, which...

Only the local market with uneven footpath opposite the hotel is attractive to me. Nothing much special to see nearby . Can try its massage parlour if one is bored. Room is still acceptable for the rate I am paying.
