Can really only echo other people's reviews. It was very basic with a lot of plastic and mismatched stuff everywhere and very much showing its age.. The toilet/bathroom was tiny. When we arrived the toilet was broken and the sink leaked. The shower worked and we had hot water but it is located beside the toilet and soaks the whole... More

The new hotel building is being constructed at the front of the old hotel. This made no negative difference at all, as the old hotel is set up high and still commands views of this busy town. The staff were extremely helpful, and despite the rooms being small, and the bathrooms needing a bit of tlc, (hand held shower, everything gets... More

Stayed for two nights as part of a big group in August 2016. Bajawa is well off the general tourist route, so don't expect top quality. Rooms are very basic, but ok. Electricity went off for a few hours on the first evening, but this is non-tourist Indonesia. But on the second evening we had no water, because they had... More

Bloodstained sheets, rude staff, no working shower, paper thin walls, stench everywhere, hot like an oven, noise from construction site, some limp "toast" for breakfast. Needless to say we asked to move rooms but there were none available, if we weren't on such a budget I'd have packed up and paid to stay somewhere else, but we were only there... More

I visited this place august last year and I still haven't forgotten about it. I needed to stay an extra night in Bajawa while my friends went on to the next city. So for that I was looking for the cheapest place in town, and this is it. I informed that I would be leaving early in the morning and... More

Lovely room and great hot shower. Papaya tasted like farts. Bajawa tourist info also a bit intimidating and a lot of confusion surrounding buses. Johannes is a guy who runs the bus stop and bullies everyone into ripping people off.

In bajawa you will spend time visiting other villages and exploring the area to busy days. This is a good place to crash at end of day. No frills rooms starting at 150k for a private room with cold water and breakfast. Rooms are very basic but do the trick. Weather in bajawa is quite cool so no need for... More

They really do try to squash you in here presumably to maximise income, two beds squeezed in and no room for luggage or for 2 people to move around. Wetroom/bathroom was rudimentary and not clean. Some form of local conference was taking place in the hotel so no public areas available to escape to. In addition they are doing some... More

“DEFINITELY get a room with hot water unless you want to skip a shower b/c the water is freezing cold. Our driver had a cold water room and we had a hot water room. Took pity on him and let him use our shower after we had checked out.”
