Loved the view loved the beach loved the atmosphere. But don't expect beach night party or anything with loud music. It is place for inner peace seeker :) and lovers. And not to forget mention that the foods are great! Traditional Indonesia taste. The only thing that missed from here is No WIFI so prepare local simcard if need to...

We found Bumbangku by coincidence and we're very surprised and happy about out time staying there! It is definitely remote and quiet, but that was exactly we where looking for! The employees where very kind to us, fruit shakes and dinner very nice and the view is incredible! No noise of bars or scooter, just a few people and good...

We just loved it, true it is a simple place (slightly better than a backpackers destination) but it is a pristine, a little wild and unique spot and the local staff is lovely. The cottages are located on a nice little beach in a protected bay, close to lobster bay; that wasn't a problem, water lovely and clean to swim....

Worst vacation experience I had. Service and food is so bad and the worst thing is that you don't have a choice because there is nothing in the neighbourhood to run to. For the food you pay way too much for what you get. Be prepared on staying at the place unless you have any plans to explore the deserted...

Ok so it has away to go with plumbing etc, litter isn't awful but the same as anyway with a lack of infrastructure. The staff were amazing- friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do. Idyllic and quiet! Food was good- grilled fish & banana pancakes!

We had to move 3 times (out of 3 nights!) during our stay! First room had a broken aircon, second one had a broken toilet, third one had another broken toilet. The fourth room that was assigned for us even had broken bathroom door knob! Beach isn't that beautiful as it isn't a swimming beach due to sea algae and...

Arrived at Bumbangku, had to pay the taxi driver, never had to pay so much for such a short drive! Even the drive from Gili Air to Mataram was less expensive. Ridiculous! But since the cottages are so remote, no choice! Rooms were more than basic, bathroom was very dirty and most things were broken. The atmosphere was rather spooky,...

We were newlywed and touring on a scooter from Bali. We both were longing for a great adventure for this honeymoon. Our wish were coming true when we arrived in Bumbangku around 11 PM when the starry sky was so beautiful welcoming us. Glad that the manager in charged was there and told him that the ferry was so late...

The rooms (wooden-bungalows) are very basic, a simple mattress on the floor, but very charming at the same time. Bathrooms are really ok. The whole place is nice, good to spend some quiet time. However, the prices are crazy high, room comfort and service are poor for the price you pay. Moreover, Bumbangku is in a remote area, far from...
