The Adobe and Stars B&B is top notch! This well-kept establishment is comfortable, quiet, serves delicious breakfasts and has friendly and accommodating staff. We booked the Polaris room as we have on previous stays. The room is large and comfortable and conducive to deep, relaxing sleep. The staff served us a lovely glass of wine the afternoon of our arrival....

On a long trip this was going to be our "rest" in a nicer-than-a-motel setting. I regret not just staying in a Motel 6. The cook here is the only thing to recommend it. The owner is unfriendly, unconcerned with guests unless they are her personal friends, their doors are weird (seriously, they have weird doors) and nothing about it...

Adobe and Stars was a very nicely located bed and breakfast outside of the main Taos area. The problem with this place is the owner. If you book a reservation DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING THERE ANY EARLIER then check in at 4:00 pm. My son and I had the misfortune to do so, mainly because there was an...

We stayed here, or I should say, started to stay here in early September. The electricity went out and we could not locate the innkeeper. Although I had several hours left on my oxygen, we packed up in the dark and stayed in Taos. Our problem is not that the electricity went out, but that the innkeeper abandoned her responsibility...

Beautiful views from our room, La Luna. Bobbi, who served us breakfast, was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy, though the owner, Judy, warned us not to buy Pella windows because they were problematic, and that candles only were to be used in the kiva fireplace until after the first snow due to fire risk. Jacuzzi tub with...

This B&B is about half way between the town of Taos and the Taos Ski Valley, in the tiny town of Arroyo Seco. We have stayed there on multiple occasions and have always enjoyed it for the beauty of the setting, the friendliness and graciousness of the proprietor, the creative breakfasts, the flower garden that is a veritable magnet for...

This bed and breakfast north of Taos, NM is fantastic. The accommodations, food and location are stunning. Each morning one is greeted with a marvelous breakfast overlooking a flower filled patio complete with dueling hummingbirds. The owner is on site and greets you every evening with recommendations for dinner, and cheerful conversation. One couldn't ask for a more restful, beautiful...

We have stayed here many times and have a wonderful time each visit. You will too. The views, scenery, rooms, and food are excellent. The ladies running this B&B are wonderful. It is so close to Taos Sky Valley and hicking, just 5 to 10 minutes to the mountain top.

We spent two nights at the Adobe & Stars BB during a 28 day road trip throught the Southwest. We picked Adobe & Stars because it is pet friendly. It was the only B&B that we encountered on our trip. What we remember most about this B&B is the owner, manager, and chief cook & bottle washer -Judy Salathiel. Judy...

This is a lovely B&B in a lovely setting. It is very professionally operated and the personnel there are friendly and helpful. The room that I had was bright and spaceous, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was more than adequate for my purpose. Though I used the facility more like a hotel room, I can see that one would...

“I gave the room a "poor" because of the lack of comfy seating and the terrible, flimsy window coverings that let all the sunlight in at the crack of dawn. The innkeeper seemed inconvenienced by our requests instead of eager to make us feel comfortable.”

“Pretty well all of the rooms we have seen have been excellent, but if you're there for stargazing (we were watching the Perseid meteor shower), reserve one of the rooms on the back side of the building; the neighbor across the street has an excessively bright porch light.”
