The youth hostel is a hostel. You were warned. The place is in a great location. It's right beside the Ein Gedi National Park (go cool off in the waterfall). Couples should also be warned that the room has separate beds. No cuddles here. Breakfast was bad. Close to Masada - only 17 kms away. Price is cheap. Clean. Good...

En Gedi has limited accommodation and hotels are probably expensive to service, so the high prices may be justified. Comfortable recently-built/refurbished rooms, though clearly designed to double as dorms, Very good meals (there's nowhere to eat in En Gedi so dinners are important). Tame gazelles inhabit the grounds. PC-based internet slow and expensive (wi-fi free)

Warning this is a review of ein gedi youth hostel and not beit Sarah guest house. I can't seem to find a listing for the hostel and that is too bad b/c its a hidden gem. We got our own room which can hold five plus private shower toilet and huge balcony plus bk for four and dinner for four...

We gathered 6 families for a private event at the ein gedi youth hostel. The place is located on teh bottom of the mountain with stunning view of the dead sea if front of you . The place is within 5 minute walk from David's Wadi, which has great natural water springs combining a nice walk of about 1-1.5 hour...

A nice place to stay next to the entrance of the N.P (a minute drive). Basic, clean, very good breakfast (-: It is not that cheap, but still a good value for money for this part of the Dead Sea. If you have to stay close to the N.P and you are travelling on a budget, so you'll be ok...

This is not a luxury hotel, but we were looking for a clean place to stay near Ein Gedi. The rooms were simple but clean, and it was walking distance to the Ein Gedi Public Dead Sea beach. Also was located near the entrance to the Ein Gedi National Park with AWESOME trails and waterfalls! The room had a huge...

We stayed here one night and were totally happy with our stay. The bus driver was kind enough to drive us a little extra from the kibbutz to the hostel, which was nice because it's kind of all by itself. ATMs, food stores, etc. are all at the kibbutz which is pretty inconvenient. One member of our group had an...

It Used to be call Beit Sarah Hostel, but it's simply Ein Gedi Hostel hostel now (the closest to Nahal David Ein Gedi Reserve). Rooms were Ok, the terrace view on the kineret was nice. Breakfast...

If you are looking for value and want a place to sleep, but you spend your time traveling around the Dead Sea area, Beit Sarah Guest House is the place. Nice, modern, clean, a place to get some rest after a long-day of touring around the Dead Sea area. Great location to Dead Sea (across the street), Masada (17 km),...

My wife and I decided to go with the kids to a short travel in the Dead Sea. We decided to stay overnight in a cheap hotel, and return the next day to the North. The hotel itself is located opposite the beach with a bus stop at the entrance. All rooms have a sea view in a quiet and...
