I stayed here for a week, in October. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, well connected to the city center or OTHERS points , when there is not a Feast! I was very surprised, in negative way about their superficiallity regarding the bills that they charge on your room ( restaurant activity). So in the moment of the check out...

The hotel is very nice but... the facilities are older. The sport courts are old and not in such a good shape. With a little painting it could be a nice place Food in the hotel is very good We spend Shabbat and it was great tasty and more than enough. Staff very friendly.

Excellent rooms in the new wing, also in the old (renovated). Great breakfast, good options for dinner with customers. Great fitness center at a small charge. Spa exists, never went, because of too much work and of Shabbat closure.

When I booked this hotel, I did it through a third party site. I inadvertently selected 1 person as opposed to 2. When I just checked into this hotel, the girl at the front desk, Orel informed me of this error. She stated she could not add a person and I must contact the booking company. When I contacted the...

Meeting friends at this Hotel and seeing the rooms, which are average, etc. More taken with the Country Club. Such a lot of tennis courts, basketball, pool, fitness , etc. The kids go wild here and the parents enjoy watching them. Though a bit expensive.. But in the long run worth it.

We enjoyed a nice swim, breakfast was amazing and staff very helpful. Room was comfortable, and the AC worked just fine! We had a problem with the on line service that made the reservation but the staff were great about working that out.
