This antique stone building has been converted into a pleasant hotel. Most of the rooms have lots of charm and character. Those with a view overlooking Mt. Meron are the most desirable, though some like the larger rooms that open on the interior courtyard. The pool is large and nice and the buffet breakfast is excellent. It gets a little...

I stayed there for a weekend. This hotel is Overpriced; unfriendly; inefficient desk; most rooms have a view of a parking lot. Front desk does not answer the phone. Food is basic. Shower is problematic. Will not return.

We stayed there for the weekend. Good location. The building is gorgeous, the rooms are basic but decent. However, they are poorly maintained - we found a sock which is not ours under the bed, alongside with tons of dust and other surprises, the bathroom was not clean either. The sink was flooded. Outrageous prices for kids and completely unsafe...

This is not a fancy place, but still, probably the nicest in Safed. Anyway, who comes to Safed in search for a luxury hotel? The place is bigger than it looks. It has many quiet nooks where you can sit to read, contemplate the magnificent view or chat. Service is actually good unless you try to speak with Mohammed, the...

Ruth Rimonim was a pleasant and enjoyable stay with a feel consistent with the area. The building still had the flavor of the medieval period in which it was built. The staff was courteous and helpful and the views from the breakfast room were wonderful.
