Mixed experience. Nice view but not a good value for the money. We stayed there for one night (Oct. 1st 2015). For a $300 room per night hotel you would expect not to have broken head shower or rust stains in the bathroom (room #208). The place in general isn't too clean. It looks like it was a nice place...

My wife is highly light sensitive. We booked a room requesting both in writing and by phone that it be dark. On arrival we were given a room with windows on 3 sides with translucent curtains. We offered to leave but were told we would have to pay for the whole 2 days even though Bookings.com states a 1 night...

Very recomennded for 2-3 nights. a little boutique hotel (if you want some big Eilati hotel- dont go there). The pool is small but very nice, with flowers and garden all around. The breakfast you can eat outside on a terrase with amazing view. The rooms are fine (not amazing) so dont expect a 5 star place. You souhld really...

We spent two nights here with our 3 children during August (children guests are allowed only during the summer months, and 2 aduts+3 children only "fit" in some rooms). The whole family enjoyed the level of detail in the decoration and the gardening. The breakfast was delicious with a large selection. The pool was lovely. Best of all, the staff...

We booked the Villa Galilee for our wedding anniversary. Our travel agent advised the of this. We expected at the very minimum some sort of little sign that we were celebrating. - Nothing. Our room was fine expect for the view. This was to a back lot. And above the kitchen entrance, Reception was friendly and efficient. The service during...

Villa Galilee is in an ideal location - on a hillside on the eastern edge of Tzefat - which affords outstanding views of the Galilean hills. Excellent staff - especially the incredible Adavarda. Rooms were spacious - ours (#215) had glorious southern and western views. Large, comfortable bed. Typical "splashy" Israeli shower/bath. The restaurant served delicious food - we chose...

The hotel sits near the top of a mountain with gorgeous views. That's really where the fun ends. The "hotel" feels more like a mom and pop bed n' breakfast. The rooms are old and VERY dirty. Bathroom towels looked used, tissue paper holder was empty, toilet paper was not replaced, bathtubs had not been cleaned, etc. The room was...

I stayed at Villa Galilee this past weekend and it was very average. The setting is gorgeous (overlooking Safed) and the rose garden at the entrance to the hotel is really beautiful. The rooms are a little old fashioned but not too bad, however most towels had yellow stains on them and it was unpleasant to use them. There were...

The decoration is such that you feel in a little french manor. Add to it the good taste of the music and good service and you start feeling you don't want to leave. Warning: you have to go up quite a few stairs (or walk) and you definitely need a car if you want to also visit the historic sites,...

On a hill above Rosh Pina there's Safed (צפת), and Villa Galilee. The view is gorgeous and the establishment is just beautiful; the building facade, the interior, the room. There are plenty of stairs towards the Villa, and an access path for the disabled. The room itself - the deluxe room - was large and had a sweet view to...
