Hotel is average and does need refurbishment in bedrooms. Food is buffet style and plentiful. Out of town so nothing going on in the evening. Its a large hotel that caters for tour groups so dining room would accommodate several hundred people.

Average Hotel, room was ok, bed was comfortable. The dining room is on the lower level and whilst it was buffet style the choice was good and the fish was very good. Lots of nice breads and deserts also. On some mornings there were pancakes and waffles. It is a bit far out from the main town to walk to... More

Stayed here with a group of about 50 pilgrims to the holy land - while the food was very good the fare was similar each night! Some rooms were very comfortable but others were quite unclean and very dated! Staff were reasonably helpful but there was a sense that they, like the building was tired!! Situated a bit of a... This was a nice mid range hotel. The room size was nice and the buffet was good. The location wasn't the greatest. Although the Sea of Galilee was acrossed the street, you wouldn't want to walk to where the shops were. The little gift shop was nice.

Two reasons we've chosen this hotel 1 - outside city location, close to main road, nice Kinneret views 2 - family suite with 2 rooms This are the reasons why NOT to choose this hotel: Very ugly parking area and hotel surroundings, over-dated rooms, very strong smoking smell in corridor, very poor soundproof, especially entrance door and windows(pool area with... We are on a tour. This hotel was a disappointment. Our room was larger than normal for the area, clean and the AC worked. We did not have huge issues but others on our tour had issues with their rooms with AC not working, cigarette smoke, water leaking on the floor. Actually one person said the couch in the room... We were placed here by a tour group and the hotel is really in need of a facelift. Everything from the chipped paint and dirty tiling to the hair in the tub that won't drain to the filthy furniture and non-working freezer in the mini fridge needs replacing. I should also mention the years of lingering cigarette-fumes that permeates the... More

From the run down room to the awful buffet food this was simply a terrible hotel. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, there was hairs stuck on the shower floor mat, there were hairs in the bed, the pillows look like bags of potatoes shoved into cases. The floors are dirty, the furnishings tired and worn, the beds... More

I was there for three nights, the food was good. The room is also good but decor is dated and needs refurbishment. The AC in the Gym doesn't work for three day and it's very hot inside. The pool guy was very rude to us when we asked to turn on the sauna, he was arguing with us, it is... More
