They had wonderful welcome drinks, lemonade / orange juice. Our floor was on the 10th floor, the elevator only goes to 9th so we lugged our suitcases up. Stayed there for two nights. The restaurant food was super salty (photo included).... our friends asked them to dry clean a special dress for a nice occassion but the hotel just did...

Judge for yourself, but here is my experience. We stayed here as a church group for 2 nights. After the first night stay, we traveled in the region. When we came back to the hotel: 1. In one room, there was trash all over the bathroom, AND a room key is still by the door (guess it is left behind...

We enjoyed our stay here at the Golan. It was clean and the staff were nice. The sunrise overlooking the Sea of Galilee was absolutely wonderful. Our whole group enjoyed staying here. This would be a hotel that we would look at staying at again if we were ever in the area.

We stayed here with a 30-person church group in early March booked through a tour company. The room and common areas appear to have been updated. The room was euro-size, clean, with a nice view of the sea. The hotel staff was pleasant. The downside was we experienced above average temperatures and the hotel AC had not been turned on...

This hotel worked fine for us. We stayed here while visiting the Galilee area. The view from our room each morning was worth staying here. Breakfast and dinner was good. There was one thing that wasn't too pleasant and it was the lack of air. The rooms still had heat and there was no way to control the room temp...

Stayed here in January 2017 for two nights as part of a longer tour. Located on a hill overlooking the Sea of Galilee, the view is breathtaking especially in the morning as the sun rises. From an appearance perspective, one gets the feeling that this was a property that was rebranded and that the owners are trying to spruce it...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've visited 54 countries. My tour operator booked it and apparently it was expensive. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The towels had blood stains on them - they didn't look laundered at all. The night table had some gooey unmentionable thing stuck to it. The air vents were black...

A good hotel in a nice area. Came here with friends and the check in process was a breeze and the staff was very informative and helpful. The views from a so amazing. There is a outdoor pool and hot tub which are big and fun to use.

Tour put us here 2 nights. Our room had view of Gallilee, which is nice. A mile walk to a grill to get a sandwich and further to town. Small rooms with thin sheets and thin towels. Buffet food quality below average. Our tour considers it 4-star but in the US it would be 2-star.

This is not a 4star hotel. 3 yes. But unfortunately you pay for a 4star. View from balcony rooms are nice and balcony is a big plus. Wonderful pool !! Breakfast ok. Rooms need a big clean and update. Bathroom not ok, missing towels, or towels with holes... Lots of noise in the hallway because of big families in multiple...
