this hotel is in just about the absolute perfect location, right in the middle of Haeundae Beach, which by the way has been called the most popular beach in South Korea. The hotel itself is great, great location, great property, great rooms with great beds, great balconies with great views of the beach, etc. Obviously you would probably want to...

This large hotel is directy located on Haeundae Beach with an unspoilt view on the beach and sea. It seems to be merged from two originally separate hotels. We chose it because it was the only hotel there with balconies, and one of a few with an outdoor pool. Staff is friendly, but unhelpful: if you are loaded with luggage,...

I choose this hotel due to the location and the movie haeundae. this was a really good location and really good feeling. The team member where warm and gentle to help me find my way around. The casino was also really good with wide variety of game. I recommend this hotel for nice holiday .

I stayed in one of the beach front executive rooms. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was courteous. The Executive happy hour makes this place worth the price you pay. They host a nice buffet and have an open bar.

There always seemed to be extra staff available to help. The level of customer service is amazing. The staff is very young and cannot do enough to help you. We had a room with...

Stayed in an executive room with access to lounge. Booked on Expedia. Check in was great. Staff were friendly and all spoke English and didnt laugh at you when attempting to speak korean! Location is great. Overlooking the ocean and in the heart of Haendae Beach. Food and service in the Exec Lounge was excellent. However the rooms are a...

I spent one night in the hotel in a room facing the city. The room was spacious with a free WiFi service. Enjoyed the breakfast on the 18th floor Business Center facing the Haeundae beach. I had a pleasant short stay.

The hotel is nice; a bit pricey for the layout but average compared to surrounding hotels. The hotel is located directly on the beach which allows to quick access to the beach. The staff is excellent! From the greeting to housekeeping the treatment was exceptional. My family and I stayed in the cityview room with a balcony. The bed was...

We had a pleasant stay in the family room with a beautiful seaview. Choice of rooms are very important as we stayed in the older wing. We had no balcony due to the fact that we stayed in the family room. Bathroom is small and the bath was certainly made for very short and tiny people because for us it...
