We stayed for 5 nights at the new building (there are two buildings). The restaurants are very expensive with a 10% service charge and at 10% VAT (called the 10/10). If you wake up early, the local bakery and the Starbucks only open up at 8:00 am which is too late if you are used to the 6:00 am openings....

Hotel was fine...not plush luxury like the Four Season, but more 'luxury at scale' - think the Ballagio or Venetian in Vegas. Location was terrific and felt like it was in the middle of the action. The 'private beach' is different from what one might consider a private beach in North America, but it was certainly less crowded than the...

Paradise hotel is in a great location, pretty much smack bang centre of Haeundae Beach. The staff are very friendly, and they gave me a very early check in, which was much appreciated. The lobby area is very trendy, and has a very cool (light colour changing) bar, with pretty much most types of alcohol. The rooms are very good,...

The hotel is acceptable but a notch below the Westin Chosun. I stayed in one of the city view rooms in the main building. Room is clean and everything works and bed is comfortable (a little firm as I like it), but furnishings are dated (not worn out) and not high class. The sofa chair (lime green) is shaped like...

Paradise Hotel is still my favourite in Busan. I always look forward to stay in the sea-view rooms at the executive floor on level 14-18. It is great! The "new" outdoor spa is really a nice place to relax after a hard working day. We also used the conference facilities for 70 people and everything is very professional. If you...

I stayed with friends for one night. The location is right on Haeundae Beach which was nice. We just wanted a relaxing beach vacation. It's also only two blocks from the aquarium and has several good dinner options nearby. It's about a 20 min walk to the subway (not great, but could be worse). The bed was comfortable (not common...

My wife and I stayed at Paradise two nights and feel very comfortable there. The hotel is located at Haeudae area and there is a leisure district with very relax atmosphere. The room is large and clean with large bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and my room face to city with open viewing. Front desk staffs also helpful and...

My stay was for 5 nights, the check-in showed the major problem of the hotel: the knowledge in English is ridiculous! I'm not a native speaker, but I tried hard with hands and feet, and finally they showed me that they had understood my wishes. The room itself was in Korean stile situated to the street side, so you dont...

We had access to the Club Lounge -but saved by having a side view room which was fine as we could enjoy the gorgeous sea view from the Club Lounge. We enjoyed the lounge with good breakfast buffet and coffee, tea and cakes through the day and evening drinks and canapes. Apart from breakfast it was a peaceful place to...
