Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, plenty parking space, english speaking receptionist. clean bathroom with hot shower. The only drawback is the hotel situated slight far from jeju city (20 minutes drive)
Very fantastic hotel. Clean and spacious room. Hotel breakfast was sumptuous. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Love it. However there wasn’t much powerpoint in the room to charge the phones and tablets at the same time.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is quite new and in good condition. It is about 20 minutes from the main part of the city by bus, fortunately there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It runs every 30 minutes in the morning but then less frequently - but you can walk 10 minutes down the hill to the main road where there are lots of buses. A taxi from the airport takes about 30 - 40 minutes and costs about $10 usd. The breakfast is not great for a westerner, mostly Asian food. The staff don't speak good English but enough to help with the usual queries.
Nice hotel. There is nanta theather next to the hotel. They have GS25 in lobby floor. The staff can speak english. Good restaurant. Good weather in jeju. Love this hotel. Modern and clean. The most comfort is their room.
The hotel location is good if you have a rental car. It's easy to drive there from the airport car rental and the location is very quiet and peaceful. Staff was helpful with maps and umbrellas in rainy weather. Breakfast was good, with plenty of Korean and western options. Perfectly fried eggs were made on the spot. Bed was very big and comfortable, there was a nice view towards the mountains. There's a GS25 near the lobby which is good because there's no convenience stores or restaurants near the hotel. The air conditioning system in the room was weird and didn't seem to be working all the time. Therefore the room was a bit too warm at night.
We booked this hotel two months in advance and got very competitive price. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is very good with enough options of traditional and continental. I have to correct one gentleman before me who din't like the service - English knowledge of the staff in particular. Yes, sometimes is very hard to understand but we managed to communicate (almost) everything. The bus 441/442 is just in front of the hotel and it takes you to the city center. Schedule is every 40 min or so. It's very easy to return back beacuse the route of the bus is the main road to the center. And one additional advice - pick up brochure at the airport (jeju bus transport) and you'll get the picture how bus trasnport is working. Not the easiest thing to understand but when you get it you can travel with public transport all over the island. If that doesn't work there's always a taxi which is not very expensive I must say.…
We rated this hotel as average because of the mere fact it was very difficult to communicate with the hotel staff (English). The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, but that was about it. We anticipated renting a car but the airport rental agencies increased the daily rate to a foreigner by 30%! That left us no choice but to use the city bus. It was difficult to determine where the bus which stopped at the base of the hotel went and none of the hotel staff could communicate this information. There is no concierge staff at the hotel who could help provide bus route and schedule information. We winged it for the 2 days we had left and did not get to see all what we had listed on our bucket list. We actually stopped in another hotel near city hall whose staff spoke and understood English very well, provided us with a map and schedule. We wished we could have stayed there. For this, our score is just average and I would not recommend to foreigners.…
We joined a group tour for Korea trip and we stayed 2 nights here. The hotel is new. Room is spacious but no building nearby (except Nanta theater). It’s very quiet here. There is minimart near hotel lobby. Breakfast is ok but it is crowded. Most hotel guests we met during breakfast are actually member of other tour groups. We are happy with the stay. However if we don’t join a group tour, we may select other hotels which are closer to city center.
Good things about this hotel: it's new, clean, big room, modern, great scenery, quiet. It is very good for corporate events I imagine because there is a theatre just beside the hotel and there will be no distractions for the participants. Bad things: secluded area, so you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. It's in the middle of the countryside. There are no shops or restaurants nearby so you really have to depend on the convenience store in the hotel, and the hotel restaurant. But the hotel restaurant closes early! I checked in late at night and I couldn't even order room service because last order is at 9.30 pm or 10 pm, something like that. And on the Sunday I was there, the restaurant was closed in the evening! They have no swimming pool! So I was very bored staying at the hotel. I have to take a taxi to go to the town, which costs about 10,000 Korean won.…
Nice, clean & neat hotel with convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel. I got many cute banana drink at the convenience store which people tell me is very difficult to get at Seoul. Nanta Theatre is just next to the hotel. Highly recommend!
