Good location, around 10mins from airport, many restaurants around the area, spacious enough, housekeeping replacing room amenities except toilet roll and tissue paper. Easy to get cab outside the hotel but is hard to hire cab when you have luggages.

We only stayed 1 night after arriving in Jeju and needed a place in town to rest before heading off to Seogwipo. The triple room was comfortable but size is a bit cramped as with most hotel rooms in the Jeju downtown area. Bathroom has a bathtub. We got the room at a very reasonable price with breakfast included for 2 persons. But we had to pay for breakfast for the third person. Buffet breakfast was decent but nothing to shout about. Location was fantastic, many restaurants and shops just outside the hotel, there were burger joints, fried chicken joints, sports shops, bakeries etc.

A lovely large room with a wonderful view of the runway and sunset from the 17th floor, no problems with check in or out and central to the main town and short walk to the bus stops. Happy to recommend to international travellers who need a comfortable option.

Stayed for 2 nights in this nice hotel, very conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are good sized, the beds comfortable with all necessary amenities. The bathrooms are good and clean with 2 showers, towels and toiletries. The Toilet was automatic state of art with sprays. The buffet breakfast was good with variety and taste. The staff was extremely courteous and they helped us with directions or calling for taxis. Overall excellent experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights and on first impressions it was a fantastic hotel and good value. Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable so we slept well. In the bathroom you have 2 showers to choose from, a fixed rain shower or a traditional shower head on a flexible hose. This was great and very helpful. Plenty of towels and free cosmetic items should you require a tooth brush etc. I would note if you have small children from certain parts of the hotel including our room you can open a relatively low window, out on the 15th floor with only a mosquito shutter preventing anything going out, I was slightly concerned but nothing too major. Staff were very helpful, always plenty of staff available, some spoke better English than others but never the less always were able to get their points of assistance across. One male staff member who worked on the front desk, I would question whether he was in the right career based on the way he interacted with me. Other than that it was a great stay and highly recommend to others thinking about staying.

The Howard Johnson hotel is located right in the heart of Seogwipo. A very convenient location to explore the surroundings. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They took great care in giving us directions to some lovely restaurants. Their English was good. The break was excellent. I especially loved the possibility to make our own bibimbap. The hotel parking was a bit small. We arrived a few times later in the evening when the parking was full. Luckily they provided valet parking, so we never had to worry about where to park our car.

Room is really small but they do manage to squeeze 2 twin beds in the room. Bathroom is tiny and very tight to maneuver around. Parking garage is a mess. We were almost late for our flight as we have to wait half hour before our car is taken out from the parking garage by the parking attendant. If you have a car parked there, make sure that you get down early to have some extra time to take out your car. They should make sure only checked in guests are the only ones allowed to park there, and not make parking free for everyone to park there.

We were glad to be staying at Howard Johnson, it being a reputable chain of hotels from US. We were there 2 nights. Our room was comfortable, though somewhat smaller and narrower in size, as compared to other hotel rooms during our Korea trip! I especially like the shoe-horn they provided in the room, it was very handy for me, indeed. I liked the bathroom, too, especially the swinging glass door, very space-convenient! And the breakfast was just as good - buffet style - you are truly spoilt for choice in the foods they serve. Should you want to shop or eat nearby, there are a number of shops and restaurants along the same road as the hotel, both sides, all within walking distance. Including some convenience shops and small supermarkets.

It’s our 3rd and final stop of our 10 days trip. We booked through booking.com website as we thought the property will be a good base for us to spend the 3 straight days in Jeju City. The hotel is in a fantastic city location. I found the room was a standard room and has the basic facilities -flat screen TV, free wifi and comfortable beds. Breakfast spread was sufficient with local Korean delicacies and Western delights such as fries, bread selection, sausages etc. I found all the staff excellent and also very responsive but what prevented me from giving a maximum review ranking for this hotel is their lift which is sometimes is not as efficient as other high rise hotels.
